We are bringing your request before Jesus and asking Him to work on your behalf in each of these needs.
You asked for a refund where false charges have been made against you. Scripture shows how painful false testimony is. It is described as a destructive weapon, like a club or a sharp arrow, that injures a neighbor. We also see how Paul faced many serious complaints that could not be proved, charges that he had done wrong when he had not, and he appealed to the lawful process for justice. God sees when charges are untrue and when people use deceitful words to make gain from others. There were those in the early church who were tested by whether they were seeking to live off the people and take money under spiritual pretenses, and such motives revealed them to be false. We are praying that the Lord will expose what is false, vindicate what is true, and move those responsible to return what was wrongly taken. We ask Him to bring a just and speedy resolution and to guard your heart from discouragement while you wait.
You also asked for cooling and for healing, that you are becoming ill from the heat and from the equipment installed nearby, including the camera watching the flock. We understand how oppressive heat can be, when one day is scorching and the body suffers, and how you long for the air to clear and for relief to come. We are praying for that physical relief for you. In Scripture, John expressed a loving wish for a friend that he would prosper and be in good health even as his soul prospers. That is a beautiful prayer, though it is a wish and not a guarantee of healing in every case. Healing is a sovereign work of God in His hands. His ways are beyond our finding out, and He heals some while others wait, and it is never right to place guilt on the one who is sick. At times God has allowed people to feel His healing touch in a very real way, like heat leaving a fevered forehead and coolness returning. We ask the Lord in His mercy to cool your body, to ease the effects of the heat around you, to restore your health, and to give you rest and strength. We also ask Him to protect the flock entrusted to you and to keep you from harm from any equipment or conditions nearby.
You closed by asking Him to fight your battles. That is the right place to leave these things. There have always been false voices that promise what God has not promised and lead people toward disappointment, like clouds and wind that promise rain but bring nothing. God is true, and He does not abandon His people to those empty hopes. He is the One who fights for His own. We are asking Him to be your defender, to deal with the falsehood, to provide for your needs, to cool and heal your body, and to give you peace as you trust Him.
