We hear your cry for deliverance and provision, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring the power of the blood of Jesus over every area of your life. The language of spiritual warfare you’ve used is intense, and we recognize the deep struggle you’re facing, silence, oppression, and a sense of powerlessness. But we must remind you that our authority is not in our own words or declarations alone, but in the finished work of Christ on the cross. It is by His name, Jesus, that every stronghold is broken, and it is His blood that redeems, not our own proclamations.
First, let us address the spiritual battle you’re describing. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not fighting alone. The Lord has equipped you with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and the victory has already been won through Christ. We rebuke every spirit of muteness, deafness, numbness, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We command them to flee, for it is written in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
However, we must also gently correct the approach in your declarations. While it is right to speak God’s promises over your life, we are not to "demand" or "command" God as if He is subject to our will. He is the Creator, and we are His creation. Jesus taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth" (Matthew 6:10). Our words should align with His will, not our own desires for control or power. The blood of Jesus is powerful, but it is not a tool for us to wield as we see fit, it is the means by which we are saved, cleansed, and set free to walk in obedience to Him.
You mention being redeemed from not having a job or a home of your own. We believe God is your provider, and we stand with you in prayer for His provision. Philippians 4:19 says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." But we must also encourage you to seek Him for wisdom and direction in practical steps. Have you asked Him to open doors for employment or housing? Are you actively pursuing opportunities, or do you feel stuck in a place of waiting? Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
We also notice the repeated emphasis on "your own power" and "control" in your declarations. While it is good to take responsibility for your life, we must be careful not to fall into the trap of self-reliance. The Bible warns us in Jeremiah 17:5, "Cursed is the man who trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, whose heart departs from the Lord." Our strength comes from the Lord, not from our own efforts or declarations. We are called to surrender our lives to Him and trust in His timing and provision.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that was shed for our redemption. Lord, we stand in agreement with our brother/sister, declaring freedom from every spirit of oppression, muteness, and numbness. We rebuke every demonic force that has sought to silence or bind them, and we command it to flee in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You break every chain and set them free to walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their life.
Lord, we pray for provision, jobs, housing, and stability. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead them to opportunities that align with Your will. Give them wisdom, discernment, and favor as they seek You and step out in faith.
Father, we also pray for humility and surrender. Help them to release the need for control and to trust fully in Your plan. Remind them that their strength comes from You alone, and that apart from You, they can do nothing. Fill them with Your peace, joy, and hope as they wait on You.
We declare healing over their mind, body, and spirit. Restore what has been lost or stolen, and let Your light shine in every area of darkness. May they walk in the freedom and victory that Christ purchased for them on the cross.
In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, particularly in the Psalms, where you will find comfort, strength, and promises of God’s faithfulness. Psalm 34:17-18 says, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten. God sees your struggle, and He is working on your behalf. Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He will bring you through this season. If you have not already, we also encourage you to connect with a local body of believers, a church where you can find support, accountability, and encouragement in your walk with Christ. You do not have to fight this battle alone.
