You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every burden to the Lord. But first, we must address some things with love and truth, as Scripture calls us to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15).

You mention being "redeemed" and claim victory over not having a "Boaz," yet your words are filled with desperation, anger, and even profanity toward Satan, almost as if he holds more power in your life than Christ does. This is a dangerous place to be. The enemy only has power if we give it to him. Jesus has already disarmed the powers and authorities, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). You do not need to yell at Satan, you need to submit to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Your battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces, so put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and stand firm in Christ’s victory, not your own strength.

You speak of wanting a godly spouse, a Boaz, not a "Bozo", and we affirm that desire. But Scripture is clear: marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6), and it is to be entered into with wisdom, patience, and godly intention. A boyfriend should not be someone who merely "pays your car payment," but a man who fears the Lord, leads with integrity, and seeks to honor God in all things (Proverbs 31:10-11, 1 Corinthians 11:3). If you are seeking a spouse, we encourage you to pray for discernment, seek godly counsel, and trust in God’s timing (Psalm 27:14). Do not settle for less than God’s best.

You also express deep financial frustration, wanting a home, a car, stability, and we understand the weight of that struggle. But we must caution against a heart that demands these things as if they are owed to you. God is not a genie who grants wishes; He is a Father who provides for His children according to His will (Matthew 6:31-33). You say you are "rich in the Lord," yet your words reveal a heart that feels impoverished. True riches are found in Christ (Ephesians 1:3, 18-19), not in material possessions. We must seek first His kingdom, and all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). That does not mean you will get a Corvette tomorrow, but it means God will provide what you need in His perfect timing.

You mention inheritance and blessings from those who have passed away. If there is an unresolved financial or legal matter, we encourage you to seek wise counsel (Proverbs 15:22) and trust that God will make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). But do not let bitterness or entitlement take root in your heart. Forgiveness and trust in God’s provision must go hand in hand (Colossians 3:13, Philippians 4:19).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting up her heart to You. Lord, we ask that You would calm the storm within her, replace frustration with peace, anger with trust, and desperation with hope. You are the God who sees her, who knows her needs before she even speaks them (Matthew 6:8). Father, we ask that You would provide for her in ways that only You can, whether it be stability, a godly spouse, or the resources she needs. But more than anything, Lord, we pray that she would find her sufficiency in Christ alone (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We rebuke the spirit of lack and frustration in Jesus’ name. We declare that she is not defined by her circumstances but by who she is in You, a redeemed, cherished child of God (1 Peter 2:9). Lord, heal her communication, restore her hope, and let her see Your hand at work in her life. Give her patience to wait on Your timing and wisdom to walk in Your ways. Surround her with godly community, and if it is Your will, bring a man into her life who will love her as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25).

Father, we ask that You would break any chains of entitlement, bitterness, or unbelief. Let her heart be fully surrendered to You, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Renew her strength, Lord, and let her walk in the victory that is already hers through Christ. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to lay down your demands and take up your cross (Luke 9:23). God is not ignoring you, He is shaping you. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4), but those desires must align with His will. Seek Him first, and everything else will fall into place. You are not forgotten. You are deeply loved. And God is working, even when you cannot see it.

It’s painful to feel stuck, watching others seem to get what you long for while your own life feels like an endless waiting room. That kind of ache can make anyone want to shout, and it’s okay that you did. God’s not afraid of our raw emotions. He gave us anger as a signal, a way our hearts say, “Something isn’t right.” Underneath all the specific things you listed, the trailer, the Charger, the puppy, the boyfriend, there’s a deeper hunger for safety, dignity, and connection. You’re not wrong to want those. You were made for more than loneliness and uncertainty.

We won’t pretend we can make those things appear tomorrow. But we can offer what we do have: someone to sit with you in this moment and pray. You mentioned being rich in the Lord, and that’s real, but sometimes that truth feels hollow when the bank account doesn’t match the confessions. It’s okay to tell Jesus that it hurts. He has no fear of our anger or our tears, and he doesn’t love us less when we’re exhausted.

One thing that might help even a little is finding a place where loneliness loosens its grip, a small church gathering, a neighborhood Bible study, a prayer meeting where people know your name. Sometimes our most desperate needs aren’t solved by a purchase but by a presence, by someone saying, “I see you.” That’s what you deserve, and it’s the kind of thing God often delivers through his people.

Right now, let’s pray for the things that matter most:

Jesus, you know every sleepless night and every tear behind this cry. Please make a way for real stability, a safe place to live, the medical care needed, and relief from this crushing isolation. Bring wise, steady people into this life who will not take advantage but truly help. Where bitterness has taken root, bring your gentle peace. And in the waiting, don’t let go of this one you love. Show yourself faithful in ways that are better than a wish list. In your name we ask. Amen.

I hear a soul that saith it is redeemed, yet its affections are set upon chariots and a fifth-wheel, upon a yellow drop-top and a classic car. Thou hast a home-question to answer today: Hast thou found thy treasure in Christ, or is thy heart still lodged in the dust? The hymn is true, “I need not go abroad for joys, I have a feast at home.” Why then dost thou shout for a Boaz as though the heavenly Bridegroom were not enough? The true Boaz is thy Kinsman-Redeemer, Jesus, and in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. Thou sayest thou art rich in the Lord; then prove it by thy contentment. A man’s conduct doth come home to him, and a heart that lusteth after these baubles will reap but leanness of soul.

Thou criest for men to be loosed to give thee money, for a boyfriend to pay thy car payment, for an inheritance from the dead. But hath not the Lord said, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”? Thy ways are unstable as water; thou art tossed between anger and desire, between cursing Satan and demanding a puppy. O soul, get thee home to thy God! Begin at home, in thine own closet, and pour out thy heart not for vanities but for grace. Thou art missing family time, but there is a family in heaven whose joys thou neglectest. Thy phone may fail thee, thy letter from the city may tarry, but the lines of communication with glory are never broken for the child of God. Is it not madness to rage for a Dodge Charger and a Jeepster when the chariot of salvation waiteth for thee at the door?

Come, let me press a home-question: “Wilt thou also go away?” From whom? From the Lord who bought thee? If thy prayers are exhausting, it is because thou prayest amiss, to consume it upon thy lusts. Oh, that thou wouldst weep before the Lord for a sight of thy sinful greed! Our Home Mission needs men and women who can weep, weep over their own backslidings, not froth over a VW Bug. Thou hast said, “It ends today.” Then let it be so: let the love of money end today, let the carnal clamour end today, and let thy soul return to rest in Jesus alone. When a man’s heart is right with God, he can bask at home with his Lord, and the things of earth grow strangely dim. I bid thee, go home to thy friends, go home to Christ, and tell Him what great things He hath done for thee, and He shall give thee peace that passeth all the yearning for a classic car.

What does it profit if you gain every car and trailer and yet lose your own soul? You cry out for a Boaz, but you seek a man of wealth, not a man of God. Boaz was a man of standing, yes, but he was known for his kindness, his protection of the vulnerable, his obedience to the law of the Lord. You do not need a rich man; you need a righteous life, which is far more precious than chariots of gold.

The miracles you demand are not the miracles that save. You desire the loaves and the fishes, the material comfort, but you forget that the crowds who ate their fill were later rebuked, for they sought only what perishes. You say you are rich in the Lord; prove that richness by your patience in hardship, not by your demands for a Dodge Charger. Did not Paul glory in bonds and afflictions? Did he pray for a swift horse and a fine tent? No, he labored with his own hands and considered everything loss for Christ. You rail against Satan for your poverty, but Satan fears not the man who wants a puppy and an AC unit; he trembles at the one who, in hunger and thirst, still blesses God.

Look at the saints: John the Baptist did no miracle, yet all Judea went out to him. Why? Because his life was a burning lamp of self denial. Elijah was admirable for his boldness, his poverty, his cave, not for calling down fire on every inconvenience. Job stood firm with nothing. Your inheritance is not a letter from the city or a classic car; it is eternal life, kept for those who suffer with Christ. And if you suffer lack now, it is no sign that God has forgotten you; it is the very furnace where faith is refined.

Your prayer is a storm of impatience. You say you are exhausted from praying, yet true prayer is not a list of demands; it is the lifting of the soul to God in trust. Cease from shouting at heaven for a yellow drop top. Ask instead for a quiet spirit, a humble heart, a love for the things that do not rust. God has given you already the rich gifts of air and water and light and every spiritual blessing in Christ. When you learn to treasure these, you will find your stability, not in a fifth wheel trailer, but in the peace that passes understanding. Seek the boyfriend who fears the Lord, not the one who can pay your car note. Seek the home in heaven, not the address on earth.

The blood of Jesus is not a charm to release your desired possessions; it is the ransom that sets you free from the love of such things. Repent of making the cross a means to comfort. The apostles did not have a place to lay their heads, yet they turned the world upside down. They did not ask for an inheritance from those who passed away; they became heirs of the kingdom by losing everything. Let today be the end of your clamoring and the beginning of your contentment. If God in His mercy grants you some relief, receive it with thanksgiving; but set your heart on the one thing needful. The foolish virgins wanted oil in their lamps, not a VW Bug. Be wise, and store up treasure in heaven.
