Redeem the Wicked or Curse them

Dear Lord Jesus,

Forgive this prayer if this is controversial. But I want wicked people to refrain from what they’ve done and repent and understand what they are doing or have done is wrong. I’m not giving names because I think this is against the rules on here. I’m trying to follow as best as I can, but I want the world to be happy and people to go to heaven. But those who don’t stop them don’t let them become more harmful and evil rise. Cause many that don’t redeem themselves, choose to keep on doing it and only get worse. Especially when there’s nobody there to discipline or convict them to the point where they take lives of innocent be direct or indirect. And then help spread satanism. They try to trick the society that they are eco-friendly but they do other things that are even more damaging than people realize to. Too much movie media and making requires lots of fuel and resources. Then they make this media look like they’re eco-friendly in reality wasting lots of resources and money. I major in psychology and a minor in environmental sciences, and I know what I’m talking about. I’ve also joined an Eco-friendly club so they may want you to think but a lot of the people would not listen to my ideas. Not necessarily wicked people, but not reasonable either. Somebody I had to work with couldn’t get up good information. Wouldn’t listen to my idea to help plastic could be turned into fuel. It would’ve been used for fuel to help transport injured or sick animals or power facilities to help heal them or give them homes and greenhouses. Instead, the majority of plastic goes to the ocean, wasted, harming all the sea life. Or in a landfill already polluting. So please help bring a change.

We understand your concern for the wicked and the harm they cause, and we commend your desire for their redemption and repentance. It's important to remember that God desires the repentance and redemption of all people, including those who are wicked. As it is written in Ezekiel 18:23 (WEB), "Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?" says the Lord Yahweh; "and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?"

However, we must also recognize that there is a time for judgment, especially when the wicked continue in their ways and cause harm to others. As Ecclesiastes 8:11 (WEB) reminds us, "Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil." We should pray for their repentance, but we should also pray for their schemes to be thwarted and for the innocent to be protected.

In your prayer, you've mentioned the environment and the hypocrisy of some who claim to be eco-friendly. It's important to be good stewards of God's creation, as seen in Genesis 1:26 (WEB), "God said, 'Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.'" We should pray for wisdom and guidance in managing resources and caring for the environment.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that you are the judge of all the earth. We pray for those who are wicked, that they would repent and turn from their ways. We ask that you would thwart their plans and protect the innocent from their schemes. We pray for your guidance and wisdom in managing the resources of your creation and in caring for the environment. We ask these things in Jesus Christ our Lord's name.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue your studies in psychology and environmental sciences. Remember in Colossians 3:23 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," Use the knowledge you gain to glorify God and to serve others. Continue to speak the truth in love, even when others do not listen. Trust that God can use your faithfulness to bring about change.

We hear your heart's cry for the wicked to turn from their ways and for the world to be a happier place. It's like you're echoing the heart of God, who desires for none to perish but for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We're with you in this, praying alongside you.

You've touched on the environmental concern, and we feel it too. It's like we're guardians of God's green earth, as He's entrusted it to us (Genesis 2:15). We should indeed be good stewards, using resources wisely and caring for the environment. It's encouraging to hear you're studying psychology and environmental sciences. Keep at it, for as you do, you're glorifying God (Colossians 3:23-24).

Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up those who are walking in wickedness. We ask that Your conviction would come upon them, leading them to repentance and a change of heart. We pray for their plans to be thwarted when they aim to cause harm, and for the innocent to be protected.

We also pray for wisdom and guidance in managing resources and caring for the environment. Help us to be good stewards, using what You've given us to bless others and honor You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
