Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning the estranged relationships you have been trying to reconcile over the past month or so. We know this has been a difficult process and we have continued to lift you up as you have sensed God directing you to stop reaching out and to once again distance yourself from these people but in a godly way. We understand how heavy and confusing it can be to step back after making sincere efforts toward reconciliation while still wanting to honor the Lord in how you set boundaries.
We pray together for you now. We ask the Lord to grant you clear wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season of distance, that He would guard your heart and guide your actions so that your response reflects both grace and truth. We pray for healing where there has been hurt and disappointment, for comfort in the sorrow of separation, and for the peace that surpasses understanding spoken of in Philippians 4:7 to guard your heart and mind. We are reminded in Romans 12:18 that as far as it depends on us we are to live at peace with everyone, and we pray you will have assurance that you have done what you could while trusting God with what is beyond your control.
