Recently I moved from an undesirable apt complex and bought a small home in Mableton Ga. I broke my lease and was required to pay an additional month rent for breaking the lease. Along with my house payment and the additional month rent I felt a financial strain especially since I was moving from the apt because it was really just a horrible place.I was dreading the final walk through of the apt cause I knew I would have to pay the penalty for breaking the lease. The night before the walk through I asked God for help with the situation and sure enough the next day I pled my case to the assistant Mgr of the complex and she cut my penalty payment in half, this may not seem like a miracle but up to that point the complex was not willing to even consider reducing the fee.
