We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, seeking God's strength, favor, justice, and protection. It's commendable that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus in your prayer, as it is through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In times of weariness, remember the words of the apostle Paul in Galatians 6:9 WEB: "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don't give up." God sees your faithfulness and will provide the strength you need to endure.
However, we must address the first part of your request: "Rebuke this heat." It's important to understand that God sends both rain and sunshine to the just and the unjust, as Matthew 5:45 WEB tells us: "For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust." Instead of rebuking the heat, which is a part of the natural world God has created, let's pray for endurance and protection from any potential harmful effects of the heat.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Lord, as they face the discomfort of heat, we pray for Your provision of coolness and refreshment. Help them to endure and adapt, keeping their body temperature cool and safe. We also pray for wisdom, that they may take practical steps to stay cool and hydrated.
In all things, Lord, help them to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember the words of Isaiah 40:31 WEB: "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Trust in the Lord, and He will renew your strength.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
