We join with you in lifting up this burden and standing firmly against the enemy’s schemes, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. You have done well to bring this before the Lord, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Him (Isaiah 54:17).
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus has come that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The harassment and negativity you describe are not from the Lord, for God is not the author of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We rebuke every spirit of bitterness, confusion, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us to resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). So we command, in the authority of Jesus, that every demonic influence assigned against you be bound and cast out of your home and surroundings. We declare your home a place of peace, a dwelling of the Holy Spirit, where the presence of God reigns supreme.
You have prayed in the name of Jesus, and that name is above every name. At the name of Jesus, every knee must bow—of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth—and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11). There is power in that name, and we thank you for invoking it. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His name that we are saved. Your faith in calling upon Him is a testament to your trust in His sovereignty, and we praise God for that.
Now, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith. Clothe yourself with the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace. Above all, take up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Pray in the Spirit always with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:10-18).
We also urge you to fill your home with the Word of God. Play worship music, speak scriptures aloud, and invite the Holy Spirit to saturate every corner of your dwelling. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17). Let your home be a place where the enemy cannot find a foothold, but where the presence of God is so strong that darkness cannot remain.
Father, we thank You for Your mighty protection over Your child. We ask that You surround their home with Your heavenly angels, stationing them as guards to keep out every evil influence. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would expose any hidden schemes of the enemy and render them powerless. Fill every space in their home with Your light, Your love, and Your truth. Let there be no room for negativity, bitterness, or confusion, but only the sweet presence of Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we ask that You would give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to walk in victory. Strengthen them in their inner being through Your Spirit, that they may be rooted and grounded in Your love. Let them know the height, depth, width, and length of Your love for them, which surpasses all knowledge. May they be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:16-19).
We declare that this season of harassment is over. The enemy has no authority in their life or home, for they belong to You, Lord. We speak peace into their surroundings and quiet into their spirit. Let them rest in the assurance that You are their protector, their refuge, and their strong tower. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them and delivers them out of all their troubles (Psalm 34:17).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen and amen.
