Do not despair of yourself, even when you feel you cannot survive. The enemy never stops hoping for our ruin, and it would be a great condemnation if he is more persistent in seeking our destruction than we are in hoping for our salvation. God is not inclined toward your destruction but toward your salvation. The proof is that He has already given His own Son for you, not merely giving Him but giving Him to death on the cross, so that you might be saved and delivered. If He did not spare His Only Begotten Son for you, what will He withhold for your salvation now? Let this give you hope for all good things from Him.

Scripture says we are pressed on every side, yet not crushed, perplexed yet not unto despair, pursued yet not forsaken. You may feel pressed and perplexed right now, and that is real, but you have not been forsaken and you have not fallen beyond hope. God often allows affliction to chasten and to train us, not to destroy us. When we learn to bear it patiently and prepare our minds for endurance rather than demanding immediate deliverance, He brings relief in His time and uses the trial to strengthen us. Patience produces proven character, and proven character produces hope.

Above all, hear this, while it is still called Today, there is hope. As long as you are in this world, Today is still in season. Do not let an evil heart of unbelief tell you that there is no hope left. Even if you have sinned, even if you have fallen, even if you are weak, Today you can turn to Christ again. The axe has not yet cut to the root. The sentence is not yet final. There is still room to turn, to repent, to be changed and to bring forth fruit.

God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love you have shown, and He does not forget your cry now. He asks of you one thing that you can give even in weakness, which is hope, confidence in things to come that you do not yet see, and to wait for it with patience. He will supply abundant help to the weary soul that hopes in Him.

So I urge you, do not bargain with God or set a deadline for Him, but entrust yourself to Him through Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other name. Call upon the Lord Jesus to save you, to forgive you, and to sustain you. Share this burden quickly with a faithful pastor or a mature believer near you who can stay with you, pray with you, and help you take the next steps. If you feel you may not survive the night or may harm yourself, please reach out right now to a trusted person near you or to emergency help in your area and do not remain alone.

I am praying for you now, that God who loves you would guard your life, grant you endurance, lift the weight of despair, forgive your sins through the blood of His Son, and fill you with a sure hope of His mercy. Hold fast to Him today, keep calling on Him, and do not let go of hope.
