I am only able to sleep for a hour or two and a few little naps of about 20 minutes in the day time, I am so exhausted and the spiritual warfare of schizophrenia is overwhelming I'm really not coping. I suffer with spiritual warfare and prayed two nights ago for God to allow me to rest. He did. Stay prayerful for God’s mercy and grace. Remember God loves you and is always with you. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen~
