Dear Heavenly Father, Father God, i come before You running as a child runs to his dad, Lord, i am helplesss: 1) atty handling our eviction case has not returned to me as to what to do next and how to include, if there is a way, relatives of the defendants that were not specifically named on the case. Our atty said she will get back to me this week. 2) the neighbor who is claiming rights also on our lots, whom i asked to sell together with their lot, has not updated me as to how the attempt to sell with their prospective buyers. 3. the govt atty has not updated me as to what happened to the revisions our atty made with the deed of sale for the road widening that the govt took 2018, it has already been like a week. 4. my brother who has been having cough or several years seem to be worsening and also has some issues with his thyroid and lungs. i am worried and he is not talking to any of us since he really hate all of us. his birthday was yesterday i greeted him thru viber but no replies. 5. will be scheduling colonoscopy and endoscopy . also gen checkup with my teeth. i have not checked my teeth like 12 years or more. i am worried that health issues arise. i leave all to You, in Jesus' name i pray. amen.

We hear your heart crying out as a child running to his father and we run with you to our Heavenly Father together, for He welcomes us to come boldly before His throne of grace. We understand how overwhelming it feels to carry so many burdens at once, waiting for answers from attorneys, dealing with land disputes, worrying for a brother who is distant, and facing your own health concerns. The Lord sees every detail and He cares deeply for you.

We are reminded of what scripture says, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. And again, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. You have done what is right to leave all these things in His hands, and we join you in casting them upon Him now.

We bring before the Lord your eviction case and the delay with your attorney. We pray for wisdom and diligence for her, that she would return to you with clear guidance, and that the Lord would give you patience as you wait. We pray also for the neighbor who claims rights on your lots and for the prospective sale, that God would bring honesty and fairness and that His will would be done regarding that land. We lift up the government attorney and the deed of sale for the road widening taken in 2018, asking the Lord to move that process forward and to grant favor and clarity in the revisions. We trust that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and that He will establish the work of your hands.

We also lift up your brother to the Lord. We pray for his physical healing, for his cough of many years and for his thyroid and lungs, that the Lord would touch his body, for He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds Jeremiah 30:17. We pray also for his heart, that the bitterness and hatred he holds would be softened by the love of Christ, and that reconciliation would be possible in God's timing. We know you reached out on his birthday and received no reply, and that is painful. We encourage you to continue to love him as Christ commands to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you Matthew 5:44, and to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32. The Lord can restore what is broken between you.

We lift up your own health, the upcoming colonoscopy and endoscopy and the general checkup and dental care after so many years. It is wise and good stewardship to care for the body God has given you, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray against fear and worry, and we ask the Lord to guide the hands of the doctors, to give you peace and clear results, and to let you feel His presence in the waiting. Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. It is in His name we have confidence that our prayers are heard.

Together we pray, Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, and we lay every one of these burdens at Your feet. Lord, You know the waiting and the uncertainty with the attorneys and the land matters. Grant wisdom, prompt responses, and Your perfect justice and provision. Touch our dear brother, heal his lungs and thyroid, draw him out of isolation and hatred and bring him into health and reconciliation with his family and with You. Father, calm our loved one's heart regarding medical procedures, take away anxious thoughts, and let Your healing and peace rest upon his body. Help us to trust You with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, to acknowledge You in all our ways so You will direct our paths Proverbs 3:5-6. We wait on You, Lord, and trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our healer, amen.

We encourage you to continue to follow up gently with your attorneys, keep records of your communications, and rest in the Lord while you wait. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14. Keep praying for your brother even when there is no reply, and keep caring for your health as an act of faith. The Lord is near to you and He will sustain you. Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you Psalm 55:22.

We can hear how heavy these past weeks have been, waiting on three different answers at once while also carrying worry for your brother and for your own health. Running to the Father as a child runs to his dad is exactly the right place to be when you feel helpless.

It makes sense that the waiting feels so hard. When so many things are out of your hands, even a week of silence from an attorney can feel very long. One small thing that sometimes helps in seasons like this is keeping a simple note of when you reached out and what each person said they would do next. That way when you follow up early next week you have dates in front of you and you do not have to hold it all in your head. A brief, kind email can also create a record.

We also hear your concern for your brother and the pain of not hearing back after his birthday, and your own upcoming colonoscopy, endoscopy and dental visit after so many years. It is understandable to feel uneasy. We encourage you to keep those appointments and to share your worries directly with your doctors and dentist so they can walk you through what to expect, alongside our prayers.

Father, we bring him before You, and his brother and all these unresolved matters. Give wisdom to the attorneys, bring clarity to the property questions, comfort his brother in body and heart, and give peace and steady care through the medical visits. Guide each next step according to Your will. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

To run as a child runs to his father is the truest wisdom when the heart is helpless and the way is hedged up on every side. You have done well to come before the Lord and to leave all with Him, for there is a waiting God and there is a waiting people, and blessed are all they that wait for Him.

You speak of many waitings, and the Lord knows each one. The attorney who has not yet returned word, the neighbor who has not updated you, the government attorney who has delayed upon the deed for the road widening, all these keep you in suspense. And then at last, when everything has broken down, we come back to God and to salvation through Jesus Christ, and yet we find the Lord lovingly waiting, graciously waiting, a God ready to pardon and ready to help. Behold how the heart of God yearns towards His people, seen in His long forbearance, His waiting to be gracious unto us. There is a singular patience in Him, and there is a final success to all this waiting when it turns to a glorious transaction of grace upon the heart. So wait thou only upon God. His people wait only upon God. They are not trusting to the arm of flesh, nor looking to the changeable creature. Let God be true and every man a liar. If your expectation is based upon God, then live for God and leave the result with Him.

Therefore I would say to you, wait on the Lord and be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart. Waiting upon God is like the traveler waiting for the directions of his guide, or the mariner waiting upon the pilot who takes charge of his ship. We are to wait upon God for direction in the entire voyage of life. He is at the helm and His hand is to steer our course. That doing which comes from a feverish condition will just be your undoing unless you stop and consider what God would have you do. Wait till you get quite cool, brother, you will see your way far better then. You go and do the right thing as far as it lies in your power, to follow up with meekness and diligence where duty calls, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God, who performeth all things for you.

What time thou art afraid, trust in Him. Cry unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for thee. Say with the Psalmist, Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me, for my soul trusteth in Thee, yea, in the shadow of Thy wings will I make my refuge. Waiting upon the Lord has this effect upon the mind, that it makes men grow small and dwarfs the world and all its affairs till we see their real littleness, and then the heart is strengthened by the incoming of the Eternal Spirit into the soul, so that we mount up with eagles wings and leave the world below.

For your brother who has long suffered with cough and with infirmity of thyroid and lungs, and who now shuts himself from you, we will bear him before the throne. How often the prodigal wastes his substance and thinks himself a fine gentleman till the Holy Spirit graciously works within him. The Lord who sees every worm that crawls and paints every flower that blooms sees your brother in his solitude, and He is able to visit him both in body and in soul. We will pray that God would lay His healing hand upon him according to His will, and more, that He would bring him to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. It is only by trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ that sins are gone in a moment, and it is true humility to take God at His word and to believe Him. May the Lord give you grace to love him still, to keep the door open, and to commit his hard heart to Him who alone can soften it.

For your own body, as you look toward the colonoscopy and endoscopy and the care of your teeth after many years, be not dismayed. There is no real danger while God lives, while Christ pleads, and while the Spirit of God dwells in you. Tis religion that can give sweetest pleasures while we live and solid comforts when we die. We have present peace, but future perfection, present rest, but there still remaineth a rest for the people of God. Commit thy body also to Him who has given thee His all, for when He deals out His grace to His people, then you see the loving God, for God is love. He will keep thee and do thee good with His whole heart and His whole soul. Therefore love Him and trust Him with thy whole heart and thy whole soul.

Let us pray together.

O Lord most high, Thou art gracious and waitest to be gracious to Thy children. We come to Thee through Jesus Christ Thy Son, who died while we were yet sinners and rebels, that we might be brought near by His blood. We trust not in man, but in Thee alone. Look upon this Thy child in a time of many cares. Give wisdom and promptness where there is delay, direct the attorneys and the neighbor and those in authority to that which is just and right, and let Thy will be done concerning the land and the house. Lay Thy hand upon the brother who is sick and estranged, have mercy upon his body, and have greater mercy upon his soul, and bring reconciliation where there is hardness. Give calm and courage for the trials of the body that lie before Thy child, and let the physician's care be blessed to good. Strengthen the heart that waits upon Thee, and let it be found that Thou hast performed all things for Thy servant. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and hope. Amen.

: Your coming to the Father as a child running to his father is the right place to be when you feel helpless, and the Lord hears that kind of prayer. You have laid out many burdens at once, and it is understandable to feel overwhelmed while waiting for answers in so many areas.

I join you in praying for the legal matters that are weighing on you. For the eviction case and the question about relatives not named, for the neighbor who is considering a joint sale and has not yet given an update, and for the government attorney and the revisions to the deed of sale for the road widening from 2018. Waiting for attorneys to respond is difficult and can increase anxiety, but God is not absent in these delays. Continue to follow up patiently and diligently as you are able, keep records of your communications, and ask the Lord to give wisdom to all involved and to direct the outcome according to what is just and good. Cast your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you, and ask Him to guard your heart with His peace while you wait.

I also pray for your brother. It is painful to love someone who has pulled away and refuses to speak, especially when you see his health declining with a long term cough and issues with his thyroid and lungs. You did well to greet him for his birthday even without a reply. That is a quiet act of love. Pray that God would have mercy on him, bring healing to his body, soften his heart, and open a door for reconciliation in His time. Do not despair for him. Many who are sick become healthy, and many who are distant can be restored by the grace of God. Continue to commit him to the Lord and show love when opportunity comes, without forcing what he is not ready to receive.

For your own health, as you prepare for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and a dental checkup after many years, it is good stewardship to care for the body God has given you. Attending to bodily health is not a lack of faith, it is part of honoring God with the life He has entrusted to you. The Lord is the great physician who cares for both soul and body. Ask Him to calm your fears, to guide the doctors and give clear results, and to use these appointments for your good. Try not to let worry about what might be found take away the peace that comes from trusting Him today.

You ended your prayer by leaving all in His hands in the name of Jesus, and that is the best place to leave it. Salvation and access to the Father come through Christ alone, and in Him you can bring every need with confidence.

Father, I bring this dear one before You in the name of Jesus. You see the legal uncertainties, the waiting for answers, the concern for the land and the road widening matter. Grant wisdom, favor, and justice, and help all parties to act with honesty. Lay Your healing hand upon the brother who is ill and estranged, restore his health if it is Your will, and draw him to Yourself and toward reconciliation with his family. Be with this Your child in the coming medical exams, calm all fear, grant skill to the medical team, and give peace and good health.
