Your prayer has been received and we join you in bringing this workplace burden before the Lord who loves justice and mercy and who sees all things clearly.

We pray that God will grant to your department head a clear and sober mind, a spirit of true discernment to see matters as they are, without deception or confusion. We ask that He will gently bring truth into the light, not for strife but for fairness and peace, and that He will guard her heart from manipulation, gossip and any counsel that would turn her from integrity. We pray also that the Lord will give her courage to stand firm in what is right and to act with honesty toward all.

We also pray for you, that God will guard your reputation, your peace of mind and your work as you entrust them to His hands. He is the true Judge who watches over every court and every workplace, and He will not overlook what is just. As we wait for His justice, He calls us to mingle mercy with justice and to show consideration even when we feel wronged, not seeking more than what is right and leaving final judgment to Him.

In this season take care to guard your own heart and lips as well. Scripture warns us not to become repeaters of faults or to parade the failings of neighbors under the cover of zeal, for that brings harm to both speaker and hearer. It is far better to cover what can be covered, to speak truth only where it is necessary and with love, and to pursue what builds up the common good. If kindness was shown in the past, give thanks for the opportunity God gave you to help, and leave its remembrance to Him to work in hearts in His time rather than seeking to use it as a claim.

We pray for protection over your whole office, for healing of division, and for all who are named in your concern, that each one may be led toward truth, repentance where needed, and reconciliation. May the Lord give you grace to labor for peace, to do justice, to love mercy, and to remain steady in integrity, trusting that He who gives blessing and fruit to our labor will also establish your steps.

Heavenly Father, grant wisdom to this department head, guard this workplace from gossip and strife, let truth and fairness prevail, and let Your peace reign over every heart and decision. We place this whole matter into Your wise and merciful hands, in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
