Ready to fight?

Exodus 14:14

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."

Father, today I ask for Your calmness and blessing upon all who come here. All of us, myself included, lose our way sometimes and think that we need to solve a problem, that we need to take action. Help us this day to rest firmly upon Your holy word which tells us that You will fight for us, if we will just be still and get out of Your way. I ask Your presence with each person and their specific needs. I know You are at work in every life, and that You work all things together for the good of those who love You. I

proclaim my love for You and ask You to keep fighting for not only me, but everyone who calls upon Your name in humility and faith. Thank you for every blessing you have bestowed upon my life, recognized or unrecognized, and help me to live with a grateful heart each day. Let me share my faith and strength with others for the advancement of Your kingdom. As we head into another weekend, I ask You to watch over us and keep us focused on You. Fight for us Father, and help us to be still. Amen.

Thank You Lord Jesus that You alone fight for Us and keep us in the palm of Your hand and protect us from the schemes of the enemy. Lord I ask for a special peace on all of those this weekend that need You alone to stand for them and give them strenght. Thank You Lord Jesus for all that You have done. Today was a real test, but I stood, I resisted the temptation to forge forward with my own plan. I shall be still and wait upon the help God so freely gives. Praise God for loving us so much.
