Joe
Humble Prayer Partner
Kathy and I have been together for the past 2.5 years. We are not married but have been engaged for the past year and a half. She has three beautiful children and we are foster parents to a fourth. Kathy and I have had our problems over the past three months. She started seeing someone else and went away with him for a few days. I was hurt. I opened my mouth and spoke to the wrong person about this. They called the childrens division. SInce then Kathy told me that I needed to move out which I did. (Reluctantly, but I did) Her license as a foster parent is now in jeapordy because of my mouth.
We are phenominal parents and foster parents. First, I ask for your prayers so her license is not revoked. Second, I ask for your prayers that Kathy and I are able to return back as a family. I ask for forgiveness. I ask that she wake up and see what she is doing. She is a nurse who is now in a relationship with a convicted meth manufacturer. Her thoughts are not with her children, foster child or her livelyhood. This is what is killing me and why I am so vocal. Her choices are poor. I know that I cannot change her. She has to do this herself. But the extra prayers would help to open her eyes and see what she has done. I know that there is strength in prayer. I do have faith that God will address this. Not in my time, but his. However there is a sense of urgency before childrens division makes their decision next week.
I thank all of you in advance for your prayers and support.
In Jesus name. AMEN!
Joe
