I am the only Hispanic teacher in a school of about 50-55 teachers in the South. I discovered that Hispanic students and parents were being discriminated against by some teachers. I confronted them and reported them. I too have endured racist remarks. Now I am being harassed by those teachers. Administration won't touch this. I have been to them concerning this more than a couple of times. One of the teachers was promoted to the English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, even after they had knowledge of her racist remarks. She is in direct contact with ONLY Hispanic students all day. It is supposed to be an "EASY" job. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME, THE STUDENTS, AND THE PARENTS. Please pray for justice to be done. I am close to having a nervous breakdown. Only God and your prayers can help.
