Racism And Harrassment

I am the only Hispanic teacher in a school of about 50-55 teachers in the South. I discovered that Hispanic students and parents were being discriminated against by some teachers. I confronted them and reported them. I too have endured racist remarks. Now I am being harassed by those teachers. Administration won't touch this. I have been to them concerning this more than a couple of times. One of the teachers was promoted to the English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, even after they had knowledge of her racist remarks. PLEASE PRAY FOR ###, the students, and the parents. ### am close to having a nervous breakdown. Only God and your prayers can help.
