Beloved of All
🙏 Pursue Love 1 Cor 14:1, Love Abounds in Discernment, Wisdom to Choose Highest Phil 1:9-11, Consistently Knowing God Serving w/Joy Col 1:9-12... 🙌 Father thank You for demonstrating Your love for us while we were sinners Christ died for us, Rom 5:8. Help us in our freely receiving of that same love, Rom 5:5, pursuing Your love, and freely and earnestly desiring its expression through spiritual gifts, acts of kindness to believers, unbelievers, friends, family members, even "enemies" (though I ask you convert everyone -- I honestly have no "enemies" but will they'd all be saved, 1 Tim 2:4, all find Your love, grace, forgiveness and empowering times of refreshing that stem from believing in Messiah and repentance and remission of sins and freedom from eternal condemnation, Luke 24:46-47, Acts 3:19-20, 2 Cor 7:10-11, 2 Peter 3:9. We especially desire love for and the edification of Christ's beloved church, 1 Cor 14:1-4. We ask let Your love abound in us in all knowledge of God and true discernment, Wisdom to Choose highest of all possible options, that we may be sincere and without mixture, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which come through Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of You, His and our one true Father, Phil 1:9-11. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will and all that results from that, namely a walk worthy of Jesus' Name, pleasing You every way, abiding fruit in all good works, growing by increasingly knowing You more deeply, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all consistency, joyously giving thanks at all times for for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of the saints-in-light, Col 1:9-12.

🙇🏻 Perfect Father, we thank You we can pursue love, pray in accord with the apostolic prayers, asking, “May our love abound in all knowledge and intense discernment, so we may distinguish between things that differ (see and choose those things which are highest, most excellent, and different from all earthly things -- God's perfect will, way and timing -- which transforms us by the renewing of our minds, as test and approve what the will of God is, that which is good, acceptable and perfect, c.f. Rom 12:2), in order to be sincere and blameless (without anything in our lives that can give offense to The Gospel, or cause our own faith to "hiccup" but rather remain steadfast), Phil 1:9-11, (See Matt 5:45, where we show ourselves to be children of Our Father in Heaven [who is Perfect, Matt 5:48], and Lk 6:35, where we will be called Children of The Most High, consistently bearing His image more clearly, 2 Cor 3:8, by showing what He is like), Gen 1:27, 1 Cor 15:49.

"FILL US with the knowledge of Your Will, in ALL spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner WORTHY of You, LORD, pleasing You in EVERY way, bearing fruit in EVERY good work, growing by INCREASING in the knowledge of God; STRENGTHENED with ALL POWER, by The MIGHT of YOUR GLORY, to ATTAIN ALL STEADFASTNESS and PATIENCE; JOYOUSLY giving THANKS to YOU, who QUALIFIED US to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light," Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are "always praying that we may stand PERFECTLY ASSURED in ALL the WILL OF GOD," Col 4:12. We ask for PRACTICAL WISDOM, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as CHILDREN to be LED by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, in PATHS of RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE, Prov 8:20, HEARING THE VOICE of JESUS, The Lord OUR SHEPHERD, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels "sent forth to render service for our sake,” Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13, and let us do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, deception, Mt 24:4, evil people and imposters proceeding from bad to worse in these last days, deceiving and being deceived, 2 Tim 3:13, keep us from those who claim to know God but by their deeds deny Him, Tit 1:16, have a form of godliness but deny it's power, in fact let us turn away from such as these as well, 2 Tim 3:5, again, keep us from evil people and the evil one, 2Thes 3:2-3. We pray like Jesus, not that You take us out of the world, but that You keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Grant favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, as we thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, and may the peace of God that passes comprehension guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, 2 in whom all the promises are yes and amen, Cor 1:20. In Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We come before You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for the love You have so richly poured out upon us. Your Word reminds us, "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8 WEB). What a profound truth, that while we were still lost in sin, You sent Your Son to redeem us. We thank You for this unmerited grace and ask that You help us to not only receive Your love but to walk in it daily, allowing it to transform every part of our lives.

Your Word instructs us to "pursue love" (1 Corinthians 14:1 WEB) and to let it abound in knowledge and discernment so that we may approve the things that are excellent (Philippians 1:9-11 WEB). Father, we ask that You fill us with this love, not just in word, but in deed and truth. Let it overflow from us to believers and unbelievers alike, to family, friends, and even those who may oppose us. We echo the prayer of Paul, that our love may grow in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, bearing fruit in every good work (Colossians 1:9-12 WEB). Strengthen us with Your power, that we may endure with patience and joy, giving thanks always for the inheritance we have in Christ.

We are reminded that Your desire is for all to come to repentance and the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4 WEB). Father, we lift up those who do not yet know You, asking that You would draw them to Yourself. Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and grant them the gift of faith to believe in Jesus Christ for salvation. May they experience the remission of sins and the freedom that comes from being born again (Luke 24:46-47 WEB). Let Your love compel us to share the Good News with boldness and compassion, that none may perish but have everlasting life (2 Peter 3:9 WEB).

Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment to navigate the challenges of this world. In a time where deception and false teaching abound, keep us rooted in Your Word. Guard us from those who would lead us astray, whether through smooth words or empty philosophies (Colossians 2:8 WEB). Let us not be deceived by those who claim to know You but deny You by their actions (Titus 1:16 WEB). Instead, fill us with the knowledge of Your will, that we may live lives that are pleasing to You in every way (Colossians 1:9-10 WEB).

We thank You for the angels You have sent to minister to us (Hebrews 1:14 WEB) and for Your promise to deliver us from evil (Matthew 6:13 WEB). Protect us from temptation, sin, and the schemes of the evil one. Grant us the strength to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from us as we submit to You (James 4:7 WEB). Surround us with Your favor as a shield (Psalm 5:12 WEB), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

Father, we pray that You would lead us by Your Holy Spirit into paths of righteousness (Romans 8:14 WEB). May we hear the voice of Jesus, our Good Shepherd, and follow Him faithfully (John 10:27 WEB). Let us be known as children of the Most High, reflecting Your character in all we do (Luke 6:35 WEB). Transform us by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what is Your good, acceptable, and perfect will (Romans 12:2 WEB).

We stand on Your promises, knowing that in Christ, all Your promises are "Yes" and "Amen" (2 Corinthians 1:20 WEB). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, through whom we have access to You and by whom we are saved. To You be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

What a rich, honest prayer you’ve brought here. We can feel the ache in it, a real longing not just to know about love and wisdom from a distance, but to have them woven into the ordinary minutes of a day. That kind of hunger is itself a quiet sign that God is already at work, drawing you closer.

When we read words like “abounding” and “attaining all consistency,” we remember that spiritual growth usually happens the way fruit ripens, slowly, almost invisibly at first, shaped by seasons we don’t control. That doesn’t make the desire for deep discernment or steady, joyful service any less genuine. It just means the process is more like training than a single breakthrough. The small, daily choice to pause and ask, “What would love do here?” is itself the path toward having your mind renewed and your love growing intelligent and discerning.

If there’s one grounded step that might serve you, it’s this: look for one concrete opportunity today to act on love in a way that feels small but specific. Not a grand gesture, but a quiet word of encouragement, an interrupted plan, a hidden act of service. That ordinary kindness, offered freely, becomes a place where the knowledge you’re praying for takes on hands and feet.

We want that for you too, and we pray alongside you now.

Father, thank you for planting this deep desire in your child’s heart, to love widely and wisely, to know your will and walk in it with steady joy. Keep them from discouragement in the slow, unseen phases of growth. Give them today a small, clear moment to love someone well, and through that simple faithfulness, deepen their discernment and their confidence that you are leading them. Guard their mind and heart in Christ Jesus, and let them taste the gladness of serving you right where they are. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There is a holy tangle in your request that cheers the heart, for you are begging the Lord to weave faith and love into one golden cord within your soul. Notice this: that great petition that your love may abound in knowledge and discernment is the very cry of a faith already at work. For faith working by love is the mainspring of all holy service, and when faith has unveiled the superlative beauties of the Well-Beloved, then Faith and Love unite in crying out, "Yes, He is altogether lovely!" You are seeking the highest wisdom, and that is exactly what you shall find, for he that trusts in the Lord possesses the true wisdom that makes him fit company for angels. Faith is the eye of the soul, and without it we are blind to the spiritual and invisible things; but where this eye anoints your gaze, you will see Christ to be the very power of God and the wisdom of God. The practical wisdom you seek for walking worthy of the Lord is the blessed result of the Spirit’s teaching, for faith is as much the rule of temporal life as spiritual, and we ought to trust God for our daily steps as surely as for our souls.

Your yearning to know God’s will, to be filled with His knowledge, and to serve with joy, this is the pulse-beat of a soul in whom love has been kindled not by a sense of duty, but by the blessed truth that He first loved us. Our love is not the result of effort; it comes by knowledge and faith, for we have known and believed the love that God has to us. As your trust in His performance of all things for you deepens, so shall your love abound and your discernment sharpen to choose those things that are most excellent. Let your heart swim in this sea of love, and you shall laugh at what men call impossibilities, for love strengthens for service in just the measure it fills the soul. Yet remember this: that which does not grow is dead. Your plea for increasing faith and steadfast consistency is God’s own mark upon you, for He would lead you from faith to faith, and from love to deeper love, until you stand perfectly assured in all the will of God.

As to your holy pleading for deliverance from evil, deception, and the wiles of the evil one, cast yourself upon this sure truth: God performs all things for His people. Faith is always an active grace, and its first activity is prayer, like your own, crying out to God Most High to perform all things for you. In the hour of sore trouble and temptation, it is God who does it for us; for the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. You ask not to be taken out of the world, but kept from the evil one, this is a petition in exact accord with your Master’s, and He who taught you to pray it will honor it. The Lord who gave you grace to be steadfast in confession will give yet more grace as the recompense of fidelity. There is more for the pleasing of God in a childlike faith that simply clings to His Word than in the most glittering profession. You have but little strength, you feel it keenly, yet because you have kept His Word and loved it, there is a something about you in which God takes delight.

Go, then, from faith to faith, and from love to love. Let the two strong arms of faith and love throw themselves about the neck of your Savior, and never let go. He is the power of God and the wisdom of God, and in Him all the promises are yes and amen. The God who qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light will perfect the keeping of your soul until the day of Christ. Your path shall shine brighter and brighter unto the perfect day, not because your own hand is steady, but because the faithful God holds you in His almighty grip.

You have asked for love to abound in all knowledge and discernment, and this is a noble desire. But understand clearly what this love is. The world thinks it is found in warm feelings or in the number of friends one has. This is not love for God’s sake, but for being loved in return. The love that abounds in true knowledge is different. It reaches out to everyone as a brother, even to those who hate you. We are taught to love our enemies. In doing this, you are not merely benefiting them; you are obeying God. You are imitating Him, for we admire God more when He shows long-suffering love toward sinners than when He works wonders. This is the love that builds up Christ’s church and becomes a sweet-smelling savor.

You also pray for wisdom to choose the highest things and to stand perfectly assured in God’s will. Know then that true wisdom and all folly have their roots in one place. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Haughtiness, the arrogance that ignores God, is the extreme of folly. The wisdom of this world, with its curious arguments and prideful reasonings, God has made foolish. It is an obstacle. People who think themselves wise fall into recklessness, speaking vain things like, “I will be like the Most High,” not knowing that this path leads to deception. If you wish to be wise and to discern the excellent path from the worthless one, cast out all wickedness. A treacherous spirit makes a person utterly foolish. Virtue alone is the mother of true prudence, a heart that is merciful, mild, gentle, and sincere without mixture.

You ask for protection from evil people who have a form of godliness, from impostors who deceive and are deceived, and to be kept from the evil one. Here is a sure safeguard. Do not allow the root of folly to spring up in your own heart. Ask yourself this: The person who greedily injures another, who weaves deceit or exalts himself, do they not thrust a sword into their own soul, even as they think they harm someone else? It is the most extreme folly. The one who suffers wrong nobly has God favorable to him. The one who does wrong is the one truly injured, making God his enemy. Therefore, flee from a victory gained by doing wrong. Pursue the victory that comes by suffering wrong. This is not weakness; it is the highest instruction of spiritual wisdom. It keeps you from temptation and delivers you from the evil that begins in your own heart, thus defeating the evil one’s snares.

The path to being filled with the knowledge of His will and strengthened with all power is this: give thanks to God for all things. And let this love for God and neighbor be your aim in all your spiritual gifts and knowledge, for if you act without a right aim, even what seems good is corrupted. So, go forward with a simple and pure intent. Bear the image of your Father in Heaven by loving those who do not love you. In doing so, you will find that your mind is renewed, and you will joyfully give thanks, knowing that God Himself has qualified you for an eternal inheritance not because of your merit, but because of His great love.

What a beautiful heart cry this is. The very fact that you long to pursue love, to abound in discernment, and to choose those things which are highest reveals that God’s Spirit is already doing a deep, genuine work within you. That desire didn’t originate in your own wisdom or strength. It is the echo of the very purpose for which you were created.

God made you for a relationship of meaningful love. He didn’t want the robotic devotion of a creature with no choice. He took the risk of giving you a free will so that your turning to Him, your pursuit of Him, could come from a real place in your heart. Knowing that many would make the wrong choice and that His own heart would be broken by rejection, He still set His affection upon you, desiring a people who would choose to know Him, follow Him, and love Him sincerely. You don’t have to love God. That you do, and that you’re asking for that love to overflow in wisdom and knowledge, is the very thing He seeks.

That deep prayer for deliverance from evil, deception, and the “evil one” is right on target because there is a real controversy over your life, just as there was over Job’s. The enemy’s philosophy is that people only serve God for the benefits He gives. He slanders us before the throne, suggesting that if the blessings were stripped away or if a hard test came, we would curse God to His face. Your prayer to be kept from those who have a form of godliness but deny its power, and to be led in paths of righteousness by the voice of the Shepherd, is a plea to stand firm in that very test. You are asking to be the kind of person whose choices for God are proven authentic, not mercenary.

When you ask to be filled with the knowledge of His will and to walk worthy of His name, you are asking for something that forces you to trust His wisdom completely. There will be seasons where you cannot understand what He is doing. You may look in the mirror and wonder, “What is man that God should set His heart upon me?” The mystery is staggering: that the infinite Creator loves you specifically. Do not be surprised when He allows circumstances designed to deepen that trust. Sometimes He speaks in the whirlwind of a grand event, and sometimes He speaks in the still, small voice that requires you to stop and tune your ear. Happy is the person whom God corrects in this way, because it’s proof that He is dealing with you as His child.

In those moments when you don’t understand, guard your heart against making foolish charges against Him. It is so easy to say, “God doesn’t care,” or “God is against me,” when we are in the middle of the dilemma and cannot see the outcome. But the wisdom that chooses the highest path, the discernment you are begging for, is the wisdom that rests by faith in His character. You know that God is just. You know that He is love. Even if everything around you seems to scream the opposite, maintain that confidence. One day you will look back and see that all things were working together for good.

Your daily surrender is the key to all of this. Waking up and saying, “Lord, I’m Yours. Accomplish Your desires in me today,” is the most practical, powerful step you can take. That is the living sacrifice that allows your mind to be renewed. That is how you zero in on that perfect, acceptable will of God. The joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment come not from a problem-free life, but from the deep certainty that you are doing what you were placed here to do.

So go forward with that joyful thanksgiving, as you prayed, knowing He has qualified you for the inheritance. Rest in the fact that your life, your breath, and your circumstances are in His hands. He is working in you according to His love and His perfect wisdom, doing what He knows is best. May your life simply overflow with that love as you are a witness for Jesus Christ, standing perfectly assured in all of His will.
