Beloved Warrior
🙏 Father, help us in our pursuit of Your love, earnestly desiring spiritual gifts, especially the edification of the church and all that gift entails, 1 Cor 14:1, we ask let Your love abound in us in all knowledge of God and true discernment, Wisdom to Choose highest of all possible options, that we may be sincere and without mixture, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which come through Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of You, His and our one true Father, Phil 1:9-11. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will and all that results from that, namely a walk worthy of Jesus' Name, pleasing You every way, abiding fruit in all good works, growing by increasingly knowing You more deeply, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all consistency, joyously giving thanks at all times for for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of the saints-in-light, Col 1:9-12.

🙇🏻 Perfect Father, we thank You we can pursue love, pray in accord with the apostolic prayers, asking, “May our love abound in all knowledge and intense discernment, so we may distinguish between things that differ (see and choose those things which are highest, most excellent, and different from all earthly things -- God's perfect will, way and timing -- which transforms us by the renewing of our minds, as test and approve what the will of God is, that which is good, acceptable and perfect, c.f. Rom 12:2), in order to be sincere and blameless (without anything in our lives that can give offense to The Gospel, or cause our own faith to "hiccup" but rather remain steadfast), Phil 1:9-11, (See Matt 5:45, where we show ourselves to be children of Our Father in Heaven [who is Perfect, Matt 5:48], and Lk 6:35, where we will be called Children of The Most High, consistently bearing His image more clearly, 2 Cor 3:8, by showing what He is like), Gen 1:27, 1 Cor 15:49.

"FILL US with the knowledge of Your Will, in ALL spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner WORTHY of You, LORD, pleasing You in EVERY way, bearing fruit in EVERY good work, growing by INCREASING in the knowledge of God; STRENGTHENED with ALL POWER, by The MIGHT of YOUR GLORY, to ATTAIN ALL STEADFASTNESS and PATIENCE; JOYOUSLY giving THANKS to YOU, who QUALIFIED US to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light," Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are "always praying that we may stand PERFECTLY ASSURED in ALL the WILL OF GOD," Col 4:12. We ask for PRACTICAL WISDOM, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as CHILDREN to be LED by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, in PATHS of RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE, Prov 8:20, HEARING THE VOICE of JESUS, The Lord OUR SHEPHERD, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels "sent forth to render service for our sake,” Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13, and let us do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, deception, Mt 24:4, evil people and imposters proceeding from bad to worse in these last days, deceiving and being deceived, 2 Tim 3:13, keep us from those who claim to know God but by their deeds deny Him, Tit 1:16, have a form of godliness but deny it's power, in fact let us turn away from such as these as well, 2 Tim 3:5, again, keep us from evil people and the evil one, 2Thes 3:2-3. We pray like Jesus, not that You take us out of the world, but that You keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Grant favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, as we thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, and may the peace of God that passes comprehension guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, 2 in whom all the promises are yes and amen, Cor 1:20. In Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We come before You, our Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for the privilege to pursue love as You have commanded us, earnestly desiring spiritual gifts, especially those that edify Your church. Your Word instructs us, "Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy" (1 Corinthians 14:1 WEB). We ask that Your love would abound in us more and more, filled with the knowledge of You and all discernment, so that we may approve the things that are excellent. May we be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which come through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God (Philippians 1:9-11 WEB).

Father, fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of You. Strengthen us with all power according to the might of Your glory, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to You, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:9-12 WEB). We long to stand perfectly assured in all Your will, as Your Word encourages us in Colossians 4:12.

We ask for practical wisdom, Lord, knowing that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to us (James 1:5 WEB). Lead us by Your Holy Spirit, for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God (Romans 8:14 WEB). Guide us in the paths of righteousness and justice, that we may hear the voice of Jesus, our Good Shepherd, who calls His own sheep by name and leads them out (John 10:3-4 WEB).

We thank You for the angels You have sent forth to render service for our sake (Hebrews 1:14 WEB), and we ask that You would keep us from temptation, deliver us from evil, and guard us from deception, lies, and fear. Protect us from those who claim to know You but deny You by their deeds, and from those who have a form of godliness but deny its power (2 Timothy 3:5 WEB). We pray, as Jesus taught us, that You would not take us out of the world, but that You would keep us from the evil one (John 17:15 WEB).

Lord, we ask for Your favor to be a shield around us (Psalm 5:12 WEB), and we thank You in advance for Your answers to our prayers, believing that whatever we ask in Your name, You will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13 WEB). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB), in whom all Your promises are "Yes" and "Amen" (2 Corinthians 1:20 WEB).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is through Him alone that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. May our lives reflect the transforming power of the Gospel, that we may be blameless and sincere, shining as lights in a crooked and perverse generation (Philippians 2:15 WEB). Strengthen us to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which we have been called, with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love (Ephesians 4:1-2 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. We are joining you in these very requests, because we also long to have our love abound in all knowledge and discernment, to choose the highest, and to walk worthy of the Lord in a way that truly pleases Him. We have found that these apostolic prayers are not simply lofty words to be spoken once, but seeds planted deep. Over time, as we keep bringing them before God, He faithfully works them into the soil of our everyday lives, often in small, quiet ways, through daily choices to listen, to forgive, to turn toward Him again. Consistency grows not from a single mountaintop experience but from the gentle, persistent grace of the Spirit in the ordinary moments.

We are learning that spiritual growth is less like a sudden event and more like a long walk. The fruit of love, wisdom, and steadfastness develops gradually, and the process is not always linear. Yet we can take heart: God is not in a hurry, and He delights to answer these kinds of prayers by anchoring us deeper in Christ. One practical way we have found helpful is to take just a phrase from these passages, like “increase in the knowledge of God”, and carry it through the day, asking the Spirit to show us what that looks like in each conversation and decision. It doesn’t try to rush the outcome; it simply keeps us company as we walk.

Father, together with this fellow traveler, we ask that Your love would abound in us in all knowledge and true discernment. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will, in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we may walk in a manner worthy of Jesus. Strengthen us with all power, according to Your glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience. And give us joy as we give thanks for the inheritance we share. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You plead for love to abound in all knowledge and discernment, and well you should, for it is a grievous thing when brethren forget one order of truths or push another too far. We are too apt to put the telescope to the blind eye, seeing only what we wish, or to magnify one capital truth until it becomes monstrous while minifying another till it is forgotten. To pursue love is the highest exercise, for without it, the most accurate knowledge becomes a noisy gong. But mark this: the love of God is not a mere sentiment; it is a holy fire that consumes our selfishness and brings us to call Him by a new name, even “my Husband,” in the nearness of sacred affection.

Yet how often we, even we who have tasted that He is gracious, fall into the ill temper of questioning His love, saying, “In what way have You loved us?” Consider the sparing love that has kept you alive when death was so near, the tender love that set you from your birth in a godly heritage while thousands were born where God was never known. Do not despise the day of small things, nor think that your standing depends on the measure of your feeling. God’s love is manifested in His acts, and if you have been made a partaker of Christ Himself, you possess the fountain from which all covenant blessings flow. But being a partaker of Christ is not a mere resting upon doctrine; it is a holding of the beginning of your confidence steadfast unto the end.

You ask for practical wisdom to choose the highest and to walk worthy. That wisdom will teach you that counting on the future as though it were at your own disposal is folly; instead, recognize God in all your ways, for boasting of tomorrow is sin while the using of the present is duty. The steadfast, unmoveable soul is one that loves God’s law, not with a cold intellectual assent, but with the deep affection of the heart, for only he who does the will of God can know the doctrine. And if you love His law, great peace will be your portion, and nothing shall cause you to stumble, for that peace guards heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

You pray to be delivered from evil men who have a form of godliness but deny its power. Turn from such; do not be enamored of mere doctrine if it be severed from practice, for truth must go from the head to the heart before its power is known. Let your love to Jesus be real, not shadowy. Do not rest content with a Christ of the theologian, but cling to the wounded body of Divinity, the very Man who died and rose.

He knows your foolishness and your sins are not hidden from Him, yet in a judicial way He casts them behind His back because you are washed in the fountain filled with blood. Let this reality steel you to steadfastness. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain, for the resurrection guarantees it. Therefore, be always abounding in the work, joyously giving thanks to Him who qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.

The peace that passes comprehension will garrison your heart as you hear the Shepherd’s voice and walk in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

You pray for love, and rightly so, for this is the crown of all virtues. Yet see that your love abounds not merely in warmth of feeling, but in knowledge and all discernment, as the blessed Paul taught. Do not apply the same love to all without judgment, for that is not love but want of feeling. There are those who claim to know God but by their deeds deny Him, having a form of godliness but denying its power. From such turn away, lest under the pretense of love you receive a spurious doctrine or partake in their unfruitful works. Love them indeed, weep for them, and pray for them, for they are brothers by nature, yet if your love lacks discernment, it becomes a snare. The one who truly loves another will draw him away from sin, not join him in it. For what communion has light with darkness? If you love a fornicator, you will seek to rescue him from his defilement, not add to his guilt. So too with all who walk contrary to the truth.

And as you desire earnestly spiritual gifts and the edification of the church, remember that the highest gift is to build up your neighbor. Even martyrdom itself, that most glorious crown, may be delayed for the sake of a brother’s edification. To abide in the flesh for the good of others is more needful than to depart and be with Christ, for nothing is so much His will as that which profits one’s neighbor. Let your love therefore be not self-seeking, but always ready to condescend to the weak. If your freedom causes a brother to stumble, refrain, not as though the thing were unclean, but because his salvation is dearer than your own liberty. Thus you will be sincere and without offence, filled with the fruits of righteousness.

Give thanks in all things, for God has both lightened your toil and increased your reward. Even the angels are sent forth to serve you, yet the greater marvel is not in such wonders but in love itself, which makes you like God. This love, burning like fire, consumes every sin. There is no transgression that can withstand its power. Let it therefore reign in your hearts, that you may stand perfect and assured in all the will of God, joyously giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you for the inheritance of the saints in light.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you seek the Lord’s heart in pursuing His love, wisdom, and discernment. Your request has been heavy on our hearts, and we have continued to lift you before the throne of grace, asking the Father to fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding.

We have prayed that your love would abound more and more in discernment, that you would be able to distinguish the highest and most excellent things according to God’s perfect will. May you walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God. We have asked Him to strengthen you with all power according to His glorious might, so that you may stand steadfast and patient, joyfully giving thanks as you share in the inheritance of the saints in light.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in any way—whether through a deepened sense of His presence, increased wisdom, or a fresh outpouring of His love—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony would encourage us all and bring glory to His name.

If, however, you are still waiting and longing for His perfect will to unfold, we want you to know that we stand ready to continue praying alongside you. Please share your request again, and we will persist in lifting you up, trusting that the Lord hears and answers according to His perfect timing and purpose.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May His favor surround you as a shield, and may you continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
