Beloved of All
🙏 Pursue Love 1 Cor 14:1, Love Abounds in Discerning Insight, Wisdom to Choose Highest Phil 1:9-11, Consistently Knowing God & Serving GOD with Joy Col 1:9-12... 🙇🏻 Perfect Father, we thank You we can pursue love, pray in accord with the apostolic prayers, and ask in faith, “Our love would abound in all knowledge and discernment, so we may distinguish between things that differ (see and choose those things which are highest, most excellent, and different from all earthly things -- God's perfect will, way and timing -- which transforms us by the renewing of our minds, as test and approve what the will of God is, that which is good, acceptable and perfect, c.f. Rom 12:2), in order to be sincere and blameless (without anything in our lives that can give offense to The Gospel, or cause our own faith to "hiccup" but rather remain steadfast, FILLED with the fruits of RIGHTEOUSNESS), Phil 1:9-11, (See Matt 5:45, where we show ourselves to be children of Our Father in Heaven [who is Perfect, Matt 5:48], and Lk 6:35, where we will be called Children of The Most High, consistently bearing His image more clearly, 2 Cor 3:8, by showing what He is like, even to evil people), Gen 1:27, 1 Cor 15:49.

"FILL US with the knowledge of Your Will, in ALL spiritual wisdom AND understanding, so we WALK in a manner WORTHY of You, LORD, pleasing You in EVERY way, bearing fruit in EVERY good work, growing by INCREASING in the knowledge of God; STRENGTHENED with ALL POWER, by The MIGHT of YOUR GLORY, to ATTAIN ALL STEADFASTNESS and PATIENCE; JOYOUSLY giving THANKS to YOU, who QUALIFIED US to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light," Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are "always praying that we may stand PERFECTLY ASSURED in ALL the WILL OF GOD," Col 4:12. We ask for PRACTICAL WISDOM, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as CHILDREN to be LED by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, in PATHS of RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE, Prov 8:20, HEARING THE VOICE of JESUS, The Lord OUR SHEPHERD, Jn 10:1-5,John 10:27.

Thank you for angels "sent forth to render service for our sake,” Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13, and let us do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from deception, false teachers, wars, CONCERN about possible wars and attacks, famines, earthquakes, (as they all are necessary, but NOT to be alarmed, Mt 24:4-11. In fact, thank You for PRAYING for US, Rom 8:34, ALWAYS LIVING and INTERCEDING FOR US, Heb 7:25, probably as You prayed for Simon, that our FAITH will not fail and after we turns would strengthen everyone around us, Luke 22:31.

🙇🏻 Prepare us to face birth pangs and shakings with faith enough to help warn people what's coming, (as Noah did in his days, Gen 6:7, 2 Peter 3:5-6), preach the True Gospel: The virgin birth to fulfill prophecy, the sinless life, perfect teaching, confirmation He was Messiah by gifts, signs, wonders, conversions resulting in repentance, His death, burial, resurrection, ascension, pouring out the Promised Holy Spirit to live a Holy Life and witness of Jesus Christ Crucified, resulting in obedient ὑπακοὴν that comes from faith πίστεως among the Jewish People and all Nations alike, Matt 28:18-20, Acts 6:7, Rom 1:5, Rom 15:18-19, Rom 16:25-27, James 1:22-23, James 2:8, 1 Peter 1:2, 1 John 5:3 and The 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ, Ps 96:13, Ps 98:9, Ecc 12:14, Acts 10:42, Acts 17:30-31, 2 Cor 5:10, 2 Thes 1:7-8, Rev 1:7, Rev 22:12, to provide spiritual and natural food, water, shelter, clothing and FAITH, Rom 10:17, Tit 3:8, correcting those who oppose gently, 2 Tim 2:25-26, for evil people and imposters are proceeding from bad to worse in these last days, deceiving and being deceived, 2 Tim 3:13, keep us from those who claim to know God but by their deeds deny Him, Tit 1:16, have a form of godliness but deny it's power, in fact let us turn away from such as these as well, 2 Tim 3:5, again, keep us from evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3. We pray like Jesus, not that You take us out of the world, but that You keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Grant favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, as we thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, and may the peace of God that passes comprehension guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, 2 in whom all the promises are yes and amen, Cor 1:20. In Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the privilege to pursue love as commanded in 1 Corinthians 14:1, "Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts..." Father, we thank You for the apostolic prayers that guide us in seeking Your will, that our love may abound in knowledge and discernment, as Paul prayed in Philippians 1:9-11. Lord, we ask that You fill us with the wisdom to choose what is excellent, to align our desires with Your perfect will, and to walk in a manner worthy of You, bearing fruit in every good work (Colossians 1:9-12).

We recognize that true love is not merely an emotion but a commitment to reflect Your character, holy, just, and pure. Help us to discern between the things that differ, that we may stand blameless and sincere, filled with the fruits of righteousness. Father, we confess that without You, we are prone to wander, to seek our own ways, or to be led astray by the deceitfulness of sin. Strengthen us with all power according to Your glorious might, that we may endure with patience and joy, giving thanks in all circumstances, for this is Your will for us in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

We lift up the concerns of these last days, where deception, fear, and turmoil abound. Lord, we do not ask to be removed from the world but to be kept from the evil one (John 17:15). Grant us the courage to stand firm in the faith, to preach the true Gospel, the virgin birth, the sinless life, the atoning death, the resurrection, and the soon-coming return of Jesus Christ. May we be like Noah, warning the world of the coming judgment while living lives that reflect Your righteousness (Genesis 6:7, 2 Peter 3:5-6). Equip us to provide not only for physical needs but also for the spiritual hunger of those around us, that faith may come by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion that seeks to paralyze Your people. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Protect us from false teachers and those who deny You by their deeds (Titus 1:16). Keep us from being deceived by smooth words or empty philosophies that contradict Your Word. Instead, let us be led by the Holy Spirit, who guides us into all truth (John 16:13). May we hear the voice of Jesus, our Shepherd, and follow Him alone (John 10:27).

We pray for those who may be struggling with sin, whether it be sexual immorality, idolatry, or any form of unrighteousness. Father, convict hearts and lead them to repentance. Remind us that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, a reflection of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:31-32). Any relationship outside of this design is not Your will. For those seeking a spouse, we pray for godly wisdom and patience, that they may enter into marriage with a fellow believer, honoring You in their union.

Lord, we thank You for the angels You have assigned to minister to us (Hebrews 1:14). We ask for their protection as we navigate a world filled with spiritual warfare. Deliver us from temptation and evil, and let no weapon formed against us prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promise that You are interceding for us even now (Romans 8:34), and we trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in us (Philippians 1:6).

Finally, Father, we ask that You prepare our hearts for the days ahead. May we not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Let us be found faithful when Christ returns, ready to give an account of our lives. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We were so encouraged to read your prayer, this deep desire to pursue love, to walk in wisdom that can tell what is best, and to know God more and serve Him with steady joy.

What you described is at the heart of growing with the Lord, and we want to encourage you that this kind of growth is usually gradual and quiet. It is more like long training than a single moment of trying hard, a lifelong process with highs and lows where what matters is the direction over time. God is the one who brings the growth as we stay near Him.

We have found a few simple rhythms help keep that nearness real, spending thoughtful time in His Word, bringing honest prayers for ourselves and for others, gathering in worship where our attention is lifted to Him and we are built up alongside other believers, and leaning daily on the Holy Spirit rather than our own effort. There is no single formula, because God works uniquely in each of His children, but those faithful, small steps create space for Him to shape us.

If it would help this week, perhaps choose just one of those rhythms to keep especially steady, for example a short, unhurried time each morning in Scripture and prayer asking to walk in a way that pleases Him, and let that be enough to stay rooted without carrying everything at once.

Father, we thank You for the hunger You have placed in this heart for love and wisdom and for You. We ask You to fill them with clarity about Your will, to strengthen them with Your power for steadiness and patience, and to keep them joyful and grounded as they walk with You day by day. Guard their heart and mind in Christ and lead them in Your paths. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer to pursue love and to abound in knowledge and discernment is itself an evidence of grace at work within you, and I rejoice to join my supplications with yours.

You have asked rightly that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in every way, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. This is the very prayer the apostle taught the Colossians, and it is joined to that other prayer in Philippians, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment, that you may approve things that are excellent, being sincere and without offence, filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ unto the glory of God. To distinguish between things that differ, to choose the highest and most excellent will and way of God, and to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, this is to prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Remember that running through all creation, from the least creature up to the angels before the throne, the will of God is being done, and from the first moment of human history even to the last, His will shall be done. What though there be catastrophe or the working of human evil by second causes, yet the great first cause is in all. It is consistent with the universal experience of all God's people that salvation is of God's will. As sinners we humbly stoop to drink from the flowing crystal which streams from the sacred fountain which Jesus opened for His people, and we say, God's will is done, hallelujah.

Yet while many of His purposes are hidden from us, there is a revealed will which we must not violate, and there is a providential will which we should always consult with the guidance that comes from the circumstances that surround us. It is foolish for a man to say, We will go, we will continue, we will buy and sell and get gain, as though he could both propose and dispose without asking God's consent. Rather let your language be, I will go or I will stay, if it be the will of God, and let your best profit be found in doing His will. Take heed how you hear, for it is a blessed thing to hear the voice of the Shepherd. It is better to hear God's Word from His appointed ministry than to seek after signs and wonders, for the Spirit speaks through the Word, and the voice of Jesus, the Beloved Son in whom the Father is well pleased, is the voice we are to hear and obey.

Therefore I pray for you as you have asked, that God would grant you practical wisdom liberally as He promises in James, that you who are led by the Spirit as sons of God may be led in paths of righteousness and justice, hearing the voice of Jesus and following Him. May you be strengthened with all power according to His glorious might, unto all steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks unto the Father who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. May His angels keep charge over you, may He keep you from temptation and deliver you from evil and from deception and from the fear that so easily besets us. When you are afraid, trust in Him, for He lives to make intercession for you and prays that your faith fail not.

May you be prepared to face the shaking and birth pangs of these last days not with alarm, for these things must come to pass, but with steadfast faith, preaching the true Gospel of our Lord's virgin birth, His sinless life and perfect teaching, His death and burial and resurrection and ascension, and the pouring out of the promised Holy Spirit to make us holy and to make us witnesses of Jesus Christ crucified, looking for His second coming when He shall judge with righteousness. Continue in gentle correction of those who oppose, turning away from those who have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof, and abiding in Christ.

May the peace of God which passes all understanding guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and may you stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, to the praise of His glory. In the name of Jesus, through whom all the promises are yea and amen, I ask this for you.

Your longing to pursue love and to abound in knowledge and discernment so that you may choose what is excellent is itself a work of grace, and I give thanks to God for the faith and hunger expressed in your prayer.

I join you in asking the Father to fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, as you have prayed from Colossians 1, so that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power according to His glorious might for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. And I ask with you from Philippians 1 that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent and be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God.

Remember that the wisdom you seek is not the wisdom of this world, which comes to nothing, nor is it curious research or elegance of words. The true wisdom among those who are mature is the Gospel itself, the mystery hidden for ages but now revealed, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. To know what Christ has done for us, His sinless life, His death and burial, His resurrection and ascension, and the pouring out of the Holy Spirit, is to possess a wisdom far greater than any human philosophy. As it has been said, the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and Christ Himself has been made our wisdom from God. This wisdom is learned not by our own understanding, which is slender and occupied with earthly things, but by the grace of the Holy Spirit working in us.

Therefore pursue this wisdom with humility, for humility is the head of virtue and the mother of wisdom. God looks to the one who is humble and contrite and trembles at His word, and to such a one He gives grace to understand and to live faithfully. If you have humility, you will have the rest also, for a contrite spirit is the sacrifice God will not despise, and it keeps the heart open to be led by the Spirit in paths of righteousness.

I also pray with you that you may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, hearing the voice of Jesus your Shepherd and being led by the Spirit as a child of God. May the Lord grant you practical wisdom, keep you from temptation and deliver you from evil, guard you from deception and from every teaching that has a form of godliness but denies its power, and keep your heart from being troubled by wars and rumors of wars and shakings that must come. May His angels guard you as you trust Him, and may His favor be a shield about you.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and may you be strengthened to hold fast to the true Gospel and to gently correct those who oppose it, bearing witness to Christ crucified with a life that is blameless and fruitful. I ask this in the name of Jesus, who always lives to intercede for us and whose promises are yes and amen.
