Purchasing A Home

I have applied for a mortgage bond through my bank. I pray that it will be successful so that I can provide a safe and happy home for my elderly mom and pets. God knows what we have gone through with the previous landlords and these landlords are anxious to off load the property because I think they are in financial trouble. I qualify for a subsidy but I am a single female breadwinner so I am hoping that the bank will grant me the chance to become a homeowner. Thank you so much for all your prayers. Tracey
