Hello, I just want to let you know your not alone; please don't feel like your alone. I suffered from PTSD for 3 months back in 2010 from an earthquake back in 2010 I believe in California, and I was only 17 at the time. What helped me was relying and God's power and not my own. I made this for myself and now I'm passing it to you. I will be praying for you, pray for me too. God' bigger than your problems 
How to overcome Fear
*Remember this
1. Fear is the devil, not of God.
2. God did not give us a spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind.
3. God doesn't like it when we're fearful; it's against faith when we're fearful.
4. The devil loves to operate through fear, it gives him a chance to destroy our mind and body.
5. Fear and worry are sins. "if it's not faith, it's sin." Romans 14:23
6. Fear is develop by meditating on the devils lies, satan is the father of lies.
7. "take heed how you hear." says Jesus. Most of the time we will fear because we misheard of something wrong which is something we don't want to happen. If we fear that very thing we don't want to happen, it's going to happen. Why? Because we are fearing, which God doesn't like.
8. "There they are in great fear where no fear was." Sometimes we fear nothing. Why fear? If we fear Jehovah God we will not be overcome by evil, evil will be overcome by us.
9. If we fear God we fear nothing, if we don't fear God we fear everything.
10. Heed the words of the prophet Isaiah, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God,†Isaiah 43:1-3.
11. Step out of your comfort zone and trust God, he won't put more on you than you can bear.
12. Be still, don't worry, and watch God deliver you and never doubt. God is faithful to his word, he can't lie.
13. Don't believe what the devil says, he will make situations appear bigger than they really are, If you believe and dwell on satan's lies, it's going to get a lot worse.
14. "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."
15. If we put our trust in God he will fill us with peace, trust, and assurance.
16. God is delighted when you trust him during fearful times.
17. "Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding."
18. John 14:27 (God's peace is different from the world's peace. He gave it to you, God's peace is yours!)
19. The Love of God relieves our fears.
20. When God makes a home in our hearts do you seriously believe he will allow fear to be in his presence?
21. If you trust God you will be like Mt. Zion, Unmovable.
22. Jesus will never ever fail you or let you down.
23. 1 Samuel 22:23
24. You are scared because you trust yourself, trust God he is even more powerful. Cast all your cares and worries on God, don't be a fool and carry it yourself, God wants to carry your anxieties.
25. When your ways please (satisfy) the LORD, he will make your *enemies to be at peace with you.
