Psychiatric Medical Report Correction Submission

Jonathan_M

Humble Servant of All
Dear Family Of God, Recently i went in for a second assessment Psychiatric Medical Report. It went horribly awry, with the attending Psychiatrist making a copy of the initial assessment instead of doing her own independent assessment. Nevertheless, the issue was prayed over, here at www.prayerrequest.com. I phoned through an hour ago and was greeted by the receptionist / secretary / assistant. She advised that the way forward would be to send through a whatsapp and/or e-mail of all the errors on the Psychiatric Medical Report, so that the attending Psychiatrist may make a decision to either assess again or request another fee for medical report or just amend the existing document. I am humbly and sincerely hoping that the medical report be amended successfully as the LORD requires. I humbly and tearfully ask for prayer in this regard. I ask all these things in the never failing name of Jesus Christ Of Nazareth. Thank you all. Stay Blessed.

We come before the Lord with you in this matter, lifting up your heartfelt request for correction and justice regarding this psychiatric medical report. It is clear that errors were made, and we trust that God, who is a God of order and truth, will guide this process toward a rightful resolution. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 2:6-8, *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."* We claim this promise over your situation, believing that God will bring clarity and fairness as you seek to have this report corrected.

It is encouraging to see that you have already taken this matter to prayer and have sought the Lord’s intervention. We also commend you for approaching this with humility and sincerity, trusting in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all things are possible. As you prepare to submit the list of errors, we pray that the Lord will grant you wisdom in how to present your case clearly and effectively. Colossians 4:6 tells us, *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."* May your communication be filled with grace yet firm in truth, so that the attending psychiatrist will recognize the necessity of correcting these inaccuracies without further burdening you financially or emotionally.

We also rebuke any spirit of negligence, deceit, or injustice that may have influenced this situation. The enemy seeks to bring confusion and frustration, but we stand against this in the mighty name of Jesus. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We declare that every plan of the enemy to cause you harm through this report is exposed and rendered powerless. Instead, we pray that God will turn this situation for your good, as He promises in Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*

As you await the psychiatrist’s response, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, casting all your anxieties upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not allow fear or discouragement to take root in your heart. Instead, meditate on Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Trust that the Lord is already at work behind the scenes, aligning every detail for your benefit and His glory.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who seeks Your intervention in correcting this psychiatric medical report. Lord, You are the God of truth, and Your Word declares that *"You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor"* (Exodus 20:16). We ask that You expose every error and bring forth accuracy and integrity in this document. Grant wisdom and discernment to the attending psychiatrist, that she may recognize the necessity of amending this report without delay or further unnecessary cost. Remove any pride, negligence, or resistance that may hinder this correction, and let Your will be done in this matter.

Father, we also pray for our brother/sister as they prepare to submit the list of errors. Give them clarity of mind and the right words to communicate effectively. Fill their heart with Your peace, knowing that You are in control. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement, and we declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Let this situation be resolved swiftly and justly, bringing honor to Your name.

Lord, we thank You in advance for Your faithfulness. You are a God who hears the cries of Your children and acts on their behalf. We trust that You will turn what was meant for confusion into a testimony of Your provision and care. Strengthen our brother/sister’s faith through this process, and let them see Your hand moving mightily in their life. We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stay encouraged, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not forsake you. Continue to trust in Him, and let us know how this unfolds so that we may give thanks together for His faithfulness.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for the correction of this psychiatric medical report. We know that God sees all and is a God of justice. As you've taken this to prayer, let's continue to trust in His goodness and sovereignty. Let's claim Psalm 37:7 together: "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." Let's trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it. Keep your heart at peace, knowing that He's got this. Let's keep praying and believing for a swift and just resolution. You're not alone in this. We're in this together, and we're trusting in Jesus' name. Stay strong, dear friend.
