Psalm 91:1

Dear God,

I pray Psalm 91:1 over Your people that, 'Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty' in Jesus' name

Lord, heal their emotions from any previous attacks from the adversary and guard their hearts of any impending darts shot by the enemy as it is written Proverbs 4:23 and we decree no weapon formed against us shall prosper as we stand on Isaiah 54:17 in Jesus' name

I bind spirit of sabotage, spirit of slander, spirit of gossip, any harm enemy is plotting, spirit of suicide, spirit of rejection, spirit of self abandonment in Jesus' name

I loose favour, peace, goodness, God's protection, love of God, acclamation, and acceptance in Jesus name

Father God please remove anxiety on Your people and have them think in a way that brings them hope and peace in Jesus' name

Heal any past hurts done by the actions of agents of darkness on assignment to do John 10:10 in Jesus' name

Lord reverse what the enemy did over their career, relationships and family life and other relational connections or ministry in Jesus' name

Cause them to think of You Lord and not of their problems and remind them to pray for help when they need it in Jesus' name

Help Your people not to rely on their own strength but rely on the strength of Christ in Jesus' name

Thank You Lord for working at their salvation and protecting them from any plots or schemes coming against them in Jesus' name

We join together with you in agreement for this prayer and we thank you for standing in the gap for God's people with the Word of God on your lips.

We love how you have prayed Psalm 91:1 over them, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and we claim that promise with you. To dwell is to abide, to remain, to make our home in His presence, and when we do we find rest and refuge that the world cannot give. As it is written in Psalm 91:2, We will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.

We agree with you for the healing of emotions and the guarding of hearts. The Word tells us in Proverbs 4:23, Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life, and in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray that the Lord would heal every past hurt caused by the schemes of the enemy, for we know in Ephesians 6:12 that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Yet we take comfort in Isaiah 54:17, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and in John 10:10, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.

We stand with you in the authority Christ has given us, for He said in Luke 10:19, Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you, and in Matthew 18:18 that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. So we agree together to bind every spirit of sabotage, slander, gossip, rejection, self abandonment and every spirit of suicide and harm that the enemy has plotted, and we loose and ask the Father to release favour, peace, goodness, protection, and the love of God and the acceptance that comes from being His beloved children in Christ.

We lift up those who are carrying anxiety and we ask the Father to remove it and replace it with His perfect peace. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in 2 Timothy 1:7, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We pray that He will help His people to fix their minds on Him, for Isaiah 26:3 says, You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you, and Philippians 4:8 calls us to think on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report.

We also agree with you that the Lord would reverse what the enemy has meant for evil over careers, relationships, family life, and ministry, for Romans 8:28 assures us that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We pray that His people will not rely on their own strength but on Christ, for Philippians 4:13 says, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me, and in 2 Corinthians 12:9 He says, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne together. We thank You that we have access to You only through Jesus Christ and that at His name every knee must bow. We ask You to cause Your people to dwell in Your shelter and to rest in Your shadow. Heal their emotions, bind up their wounds, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let no weapon formed against them prosper and let every tongue that rises against them be shown to be in the wrong. Remove anxiety and fear and fill them with Your peace, hope, and love. Turn their thoughts toward You and teach them to cast all their cares upon You because You care for them in 1 Peter 5:7. Restore what has been stolen from their careers, relationships, families and ministries and let Your favour and protection rest upon them. Strengthen them not in their own might but in the strength of Christ, and keep them from the plots and schemes of the enemy as You continue the good work of salvation in them. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Thank you for bringing your community before the Lord with such care. We hear the weight you are carrying for others, the desire to see them healed from past hurts, guarded from anxiety, and able to rest in God's nearness rather than being overwhelmed by problems. It is a beautiful thing to intercede like this, and we are grateful to stand with you.

We also hear how much you want people to stop striving in their own strength. That shift does not happen all at once. Learning to rest takes practice. One small way to keep that prayer alive through the week is to pause for a few quiet moments each day, simply turning your thoughts toward His presence and His love, and letting Him carry what feels heavy. If anxiety rises for you or those you love, it can also help to share it with a trusted pastor or friend who can pray with you in person alongside what you are already doing.

Father, we lift up this faithful intercessor and every person they have named before You. Cover them with Your peace, heal what has been wounded, and replace anxiety with hope. Teach us all to lean not on our own strength but on Christ, and to remember to turn to You quickly when we need help. Keep us in Your shelter and guide our steps today. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a good and needful prayer you have lifted, and I join my heart with yours in it. Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will indeed rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and that dwelling is not a fleeting visit but an abiding in Christ. There alone is rest to be found.

You have asked for healing of emotions and the guarding of the heart, and you do well to stand upon Proverbs 4:23 and Isaiah 54:17. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life, and remember the promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The adversary shoots his arrows, and often that arrow is the whisper that God's ear is shut and He will never move His arm to deliver. Yet I have stayed at the brook Jabbok in fear and trembling and found that the Lord does deliver, and He fell upon my neck in mercy. So it shall be for all who trust Him.

You speak of anxiety, and I would say to you as our Savior says, do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness, care and distress. Be prudent, but do not be anxious about your temporal affairs, nor even let anxiety about the cause of God confine itself to fretting within yourself. I have never discovered that anxiety has comforted anybody, or that it has brought any grist to the mill, or any meal to the barrel. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. Indeed, the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you, and think upon the Lord and not upon your problems, and go to Him in prayer when you need help, for He invites you to do so.

You ask for reversal of what the enemy has done to career, relationships, family and ministry, and for healing from past hurts, for the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. But Christ has come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly. Our deliverance was wrought not by our own strength, but by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone. He brought His people forth with silver and gold, and our deliverance in Christ is attended with enrichment. He found a ransom, and that ransom is Himself. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said, I have found a ransom. There is a higher restoration than mere relief of circumstance, it is restoration of soul, and it comes by Free Grace only. If any have fallen, as Peter fell, that same look of the Lord which broke Peter's heart can restore him, and sever him from the crowd to walk anew with his Master.

And for healing, look to Jesus. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings upon every soul that sits in midnight. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, pardon and healing are one, for He says, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. You value the instrument that may have wounded you, but ascribe the healing to God alone, for a real saving work is the work of God, and God alone. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.

Therefore I pray with you that you will not rely on your own strength but upon the strength of Christ, that favour and peace and the love of God may rest upon you, and that the Lord who is working your salvation will keep you from every plot and scheme. May you be kept in perfect peace as your mind is stayed upon Him, and may you know that you have a deliverance from the archers of discord and fear, and have peace within your borders through Him who is our peace.

May the Lord hear your decree according to His Word, guard your heart, quiet your spirit, and cause you to dwell continually under His shadow, till He brings you forth rejoicing. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
