We hear your heart, dear brother, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with compassion and urgency. The weariness, frustration, and loneliness you describe are heavy burdens, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to intervene in your circumstances. First, we want to affirm that your desire to serve God through creative ministry, such as puppetry and public service announcements, is a beautiful calling. The Lord sees your gifts and your longing to use them for His glory, and He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
However, we must gently address a few areas where your request reveals deeper struggles that need biblical correction and healing. Your mention of being "doped" by someone, likely referring to being manipulated or controlled, is concerning. Scripture warns us, "Do not be deceived: 'Bad company corrupts good character'" (1 Corinthians 15:33). If someone in your life is hindering your walk with God or your ability to use your gifts, we must rebuke that influence in Jesus' name. You are not called to be passive while others dismiss or undermine your God-given purpose. Stand firm in your calling, and trust the Lord to remove obstacles or change hearts as only He can.
Your frustration with your wife’s employment at the zoo while you are unemployed is understandable, but we must guard our hearts against bitterness. The Bible instructs, "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her" (Ephesians 5:25). Marriage is a covenant, and financial strain can test that bond, but it is not an excuse for resentment. Instead, we pray for unity in your marriage, that you and your wife would seek the Lord together for provision and purpose. Pray for her work, that it would be a blessing to your family, and ask God to open new doors for you that align with His will. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We also want to address your struggle with procrastination and feeling stuck. While you blame others for delaying your progress, we must examine our own hearts first. The Lord says, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10). If puppetry is your calling, begin practicing and creating now, even if it’s just for an audience of one. God often uses small beginnings to prepare us for greater things. Do not wait for permission or perfect circumstances. Step out in faith, and trust that the Lord will multiply your efforts.
Most critically, we must rebuke the spirit of despair and self-pity that has crept into your words. Complaining is a snare, as the Israelites learned in the wilderness: "Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, as in the day of trial in the wilderness, where your fathers tested Me, tried Me, and saw My works forty years. Therefore I was angry with that generation, and said, ‘They always go astray in their heart’" (Hebrews 3:8-10). Instead of focusing on what you lack, fix your eyes on Jesus and the work He has set before you. "Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith" (Hebrews 12:1-2).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is weary and discouraged. Lord, You see his heart and his desire to serve You through creative ministry. We ask that You would open doors for him to share his gifts with the world, whether through puppetry, video, or other avenues. Remove every obstacle, every person, and every spirit that seeks to hinder his progress. Give him favor with those who can help him, and fill him with fresh creativity and inspiration.
Father, we pray for his marriage. Where there is tension or frustration, bring healing and unity. Help him and his wife to communicate with love and patience, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Lord, if there is any bitterness or resentment in his heart, uproot it now and replace it with gratitude and trust in You.
We rebuke the spirit of procrastination and self-doubt in Jesus’ name. Empower him to take action, to practice his craft, and to trust that You will use his efforts for Your glory. Give him discipline and perseverance, and let him see small victories that build his faith.
Most of all, Lord, we ask that You would draw him closer to You. Let him find his identity and worth in Christ alone, not in his circumstances or the opinions of others. Fill him with Your peace, joy, and hope, and let him walk in the confidence of Your calling.
We declare that his gifts will make room for him, and he will stand before great men (Proverbs 18:16). We speak breakthrough over his finances, his creativity, and his relationships. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Brother, do not lose heart. The Lord has not forgotten you. Begin where you are, with what you have, and trust Him to multiply it. If puppetry is your passion, start making videos for social media or local churches. Share your work with others, and let God use it. And above all, guard your heart against discouragement.
