We lift our voices together in agreement with your cry for deliverance, peace, and rest, standing firmly on the promises of Psalm 121 from the World English Bible. "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more."
Beloved, we declare that your help is not found in the strength of men, the wisdom of the world, or the fleeting comforts of this life. Your help comes from Yahweh, the Creator of all things, who never slumbers nor sleeps. He is your keeper, your protector, and your shade in times of scorching trial. We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and unrest that seeks to disturb your peace. The Lord watches over your life, your coming and going, both now and forevermore. He is faithful to keep you from all harm, and we stand in agreement with His promise to deliver you from every snare of the enemy.
Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved. Lord, we thank You for Your unwavering faithfulness and Your promise to keep and protect Your children. We lift up this dear one who is seeking deliverance, peace, and rest. Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your presence, that they may feel Your nearness and experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and unrest that is not from You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn.
Father, we ask that You would deliver them from every chain that binds them, every burden that weighs them down, and every lie that the enemy has spoken over their life. We pray that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and leading them beside still waters. Lord, we ask that You would grant them rest, rest for their soul, rest for their mind, and rest for their body. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them.
We also pray for a revelation of Your love and Your goodness. Let them know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Father, we ask that You would strengthen their faith, that they may trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways, let them acknowledge You, and You will direct their paths.
Lord, we pray that You would heal any wounds, mend any brokenness, and restore what has been stolen. We declare that You are the God who restores, and we ask that You would bring beauty from ashes and joy from mourning. Father, we ask that You would fill them with hope, knowing that their future is secure in You.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Him who loves them. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm on the promises of God’s Word. Meditate on Psalm 121 and let it be a source of strength and comfort to you. Remember that the Lord is your keeper, and He is faithful to watch over you. Do not be dismayed by the challenges you face, for the God of heaven and earth is on your side. Continue to seek Him with all your heart, and He will direct your steps.
We also want to remind you of the importance of coming to God through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. For it is written, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the Lord lift up His countenance on you and give you peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
