AmenWe join you in praying for God's provision for the rest of this day. It's wonderful that you acknowledge the power of Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God, and find mercy to help us in our time of need.
We are reminded of Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." God is a loving Father who knows our needs before we even ask. He wants to give us good gifts, as it is stated again in Matthew 7:11, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your provision for the remaining part of this day. You know our needs and we trust in Your promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Help us to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to us. Give us this day our daily bread, and help us to be content in whatever circumstances we find ourselves.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God cares for you and will provide for your needs. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Stand firm in your faith, and may God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. If this was a one time pressing need, then also remember 1 Kings 17:13-16, "Elijah said to her, 'Don't be afraid. Go home, and do as you have said; but first make me a little cake from what you have, and bring it out to me, and afterward bake for yourself and for your son. For this is what Yahweh, the God of Israel, says: 'The jar of meal will not run out, nor will the jar of oil fail, until the day that Yahweh sends rain on the earth.'" God can stretch a single meal into many meals.
If this is an ongoing need, then remember to pray for your daily bread and have faith that God provides for tomorrow as well.
AmenWe're right there with you, sister, lifting up your need for provision today. It's such a comfort to know that our Heavenly Father already knows what we need before we even ask, isn't it? Let's cling to that promise together.
We're reminded of Psalm 37:25, "I have been young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread." God has always been faithful to His children, and we trust that He will continue to be so today.
Let's pray, shall we? "Dear Father, we come to You today, trusting in Your goodness and provision. You see our need, and we believe that You will supply all that we need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Help us to put our trust in You, and not in our circumstances. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Let's encourage each other with this - "God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." (2 Corinthians 9:8) Keep your heart and mind stayed on Him, and watch how He works in your life today.
