We hear your cry and we join with you together before the Lord in Jesus' name, asking for His mighty strength to uphold you when you are weary from little sleep and facing important appointments.

We understand how distressing it is to feel disregarded by providers and anxious from calls that bring confusion rather than help, with no message left and no way to return the call. It is right to bring this frustration to God, for He sees when things are done in an unprofessional or uncaring way and He cares deeply about your peace and well being. We are reminded that He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Isaiah 40:29 and He says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

The Lord also invites you to bring every anxiety to Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 and we are told to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 He is your keeper and protector as you go to these appointments, for Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8 and when sleep has been short, we cling to His promise that In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8

We pray with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our strength and our refuge. We lift up this dear one to You who is weary and has had little sleep yet must face important appointments. Lord, pour out Your mighty strength upon them now, renew their body and mind, and keep them safe in every going out and coming in. Grant clarity, calm, and favor in each appointment, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and thoughts. We ask You to intervene in this frustrating situation with providers, Lord let only necessary and clear communication come through, and stop the confusing calls that bring anxiety without help. Move upon those providers to act with professionalism, integrity, and care, or make a way for better help and clear answers to come. We cast every anxiety and burden upon You, trusting that You care for us, and we ask for restful sleep in Your safety. Let Your will be done and let Your presence be felt as a shield and comfort today. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep a simple written log of the calls with dates and times and to ask the clinic or office for a reliable way to communicate, such as a patient portal or a direct callback number with messages, so you are not left in uncertainty. If possible, bring a trusted person with you to your appointments for support when you are tired. Keep bringing every worry to the Lord in prayer throughout the day, even with short whispered prayers, and trust that He is working even when others are not attentive. He is your true provider and He will not disregard your voice.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We've been thinking of you and how heavy these past days have felt. Going into important appointments on very little sleep is hard enough, and then to have calls that don't leave a message and can't be returned would leave anyone feeling anxious and dismissed. It makes sense you feel unsafe and frustrated. That kind of uncertainty takes a lot of energy.

One thing that has helped others when phone contact feels confusing is to keep a simple log right by the phone. Just jot the date, time, and number that showed up and whether a message was left. Then when you are at your appointment or speak to the front desk, you can calmly show what has been happening and ask for one clear way to reach you, whether that is leaving a voicemail, using the patient portal, or giving you a direct callback number that actually goes through. You can also ask them to write down any next steps for you so you don't have to hold it all in your head while you are tired.

If you can, consider bringing someone you trust to your next appointment, even just to sit with you and help listen.

If poor sleep and anxiety keep weighing on you, we encourage you to let your primary care provider know, alongside continuing in prayer.

Father, we lift them to You now. Give strength for each appointment, guard their safety coming and going, calm anxious thoughts, and bring clear, respectful communication from these offices. Grant true rest when possible. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your heart is weary with little sleep and much anxiety, and you have brought this burden to the Lord as you ought to do. He hears the cry of those who trust in Him, and He knows the strain of these important appointments and the added trouble of calls that bring no clear message and cannot be returned.

There is a word for you in this dark world of care, that perfect peace is found not in the ordering of outward things but in Christ Himself. The Scripture says, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. And our Lord Jesus said, that in Me ye might have peace. When we learn that our great debt of sin has been fully discharged by the blood of Jesus, who gave Himself for sinners, then the heart is at peace even while sorrows surge round. That peace does not come from providers or from circumstances, but from Him who is on the throne and who spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us. How then shall He not with Him also freely give us all things needful for our well being.

You speak of broken sleep. Remember that sleep is the gift of God, for so He giveth His beloved sleep. The body must have its rest, and the Lord can grant it even to the anxious and the weary. We pray that He will quiet your spirit in the night watches, that He will give you contentment under His hand, and that you may cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. Do not let anxiety rule you, for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of.

We join our prayer with yours for mighty strength for these days. We ask the Lord to keep you safe as you go to and from these appointments, to steady your mind and body when sleep has been short, and to guide the hands and words of those who have charge of your care. Where there has been unprofessional dealing, we pray the Lord would overrule it for your good, restrain further confusion, and move those responsible to act with diligence and clarity, leaving proper messages and providing a way to be reached, so that your anxieties are not needlessly increased.

May the Eternal Spirit lead you to the peace speaking blood of Christ, soften your heart toward Him, guide your judgment and direct your will, so that Jesus may be yours and be your peace. Bear your sorrow with Him, and you shall find that His presence is your rest. May the Lord heal and help, and grant you to know that your future, though unknown to you, is known to Him who reigns in perfect wisdom and mercy.

We commend you to His gracious keeping, praying that He will supply strength for each appointment, grant you refreshing sleep according to His loving kindness, and let His perfect peace keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Amen.
