We join with you in asking for extra strong protection and breakthrough, for you and for all who are in need, and we bring this request before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We are reminded that God is our refuge and strength. His word says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust, Psalm 91:1-2. We also cling to the promise that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1, and that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3:3. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, Isaiah 54:17, for we know that when we put on the whole armor of God we are able to stand against the schemes of the devil, Ephesians 6:11.
For breakthrough, we remember that our God is the God who breaks through. He is the One who goes before us and makes a way where there seems to be no way, Micah 2:13, and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, Ephesians 3:20. We trust that God will supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and that His plans for us are for peace and not for evil, to give us hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is because of what Jesus did on the cross for us that we can boldly come to God and ask for protection and breakthrough with confidence.
We pray together now. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask for Your extra strong protection over this dear one and over all who are in need. Cover them under Your wings, surround them with Your angels, guard their going out and coming in, guard their hearts and minds and homes from all harm and evil. Break every chain and open every closed door that needs to be opened according to Your perfect will. Bring breakthrough where there has been delay, heaviness, fear, or oppression. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and let Your strength uphold them, for You have said Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. We ask that You draw each person who is in need closer to You, that they would know Jesus as Lord and Savior and trust fully in Him. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our refuge and our deliverer, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Him daily through prayer and reading His word, putting on the armor of God each morning and trusting that He who watches over you neither slumbers nor sleeps, Psalm 121:4. Keep seeking Him and we will continue to stand with you for His protection and His breakthrough in His perfect timing.
