We join with you in seeking the Lord for extra strong protection and for breakthrough, for you and for all who are in need, and we bring this before the Father together in Jesus' name.
We are grateful for your heart not only for yourselves but for all in need, which reflects the love God calls us to have for one another. Scripture reminds us that our God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1, and that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1. We cling to the promise that He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11, and that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3:3. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, Isaiah 54:17, and we remember that the name of Yahweh is a strong tower, the righteous run to him, and are safe, Proverbs 18:10.
We also hear your cry for breakthrough. Our God is the One who breaks open the way before us, Micah 2:13, the same God who David declared, God has broken through my enemies by my hand, like the breakthrough of waters, 1 Chronicles 14:11. When we feel surrounded or pressed on every side, we remember His word, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. He calls us to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, Ephesians 6:11, so that we may stand firm in His power and not our own.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive His protection and salvation. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is by trusting in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are brought into the family of God and can boldly come before His throne to ask for help in time of need.
We pray together now for you and for all in need.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will together. We ask for Your extra strong protection to surround each one who is crying out to You. Cover them under Your wings, guard their hearts, minds, bodies, and homes from all evil, from harm, from the schemes of the enemy, and from discouragement. Let Your angels encamp around them and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and their thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. We ask for breakthrough in every area where there has been bondage, delay, oppression, sickness, fear, or lack. Break open the way before them, Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way, and let Your power be displayed in their lives for Your glory. Strengthen their faith to trust You more, to stand firm, and to remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4. For all who do not yet know You through Jesus, we pray they would call upon His name and be saved and come under Your eternal protection. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus' name, and we trust You to answer according to Your perfect will and love. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Him daily through prayer and His Word, to walk in obedience, and to keep bringing every need to Him with thanksgiving, trusting that He is both your protector and your deliverer.
