Satan On His Travels
The Strong One Driven Out by a Stronger One
Poison
We hear your cry for protection and we stand with you together in prayer against every form of witchcraft and demonic and satanic attack coming against you in your workplace. We do not take this lightly, for we know that our struggle is real and spiritual.

For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. That is why we must be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might and put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:10-11.

We want to remind you that you do not need to live in fear. For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17. And we cling to the promise that you are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4.

We also notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and brought under His protection. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and for your daily covering.

We now pray together for you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You cover them with Your presence as they dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. Be their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust. Psalm 91:2. We ask that You surround their workplace with Your holy angels and let no curse, no spell, no witchcraft, no demonic assignment prosper against them. We rebuke every satanic attack and every work of darkness sent against them and we command it to be broken and rendered powerless in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You have given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt us. Luke 10:19. Help them to be subject therefore to You, to resist the devil, and to stand firm knowing he will flee from them. James 4:7. Fill them with Your peace, with courage and with discernment, and help them to walk in holiness, in forgiveness and in love toward those around them, giving no opportunity to the devil. Let Your light shine through them in that workplace so that darkness must flee. We pray that You guard their mind, their body, their spirit and their work, and that You let them feel Your faithful protection each day. We ask all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our victory. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to put on the whole armor of God daily through prayer and reading the Word, to pray aloud in the name of Jesus Christ over your workplace, to worship and to walk in obedience and purity before the Lord. Do not repay evil for evil, but overcome evil with good, and trust that the Lord Himself is your defender and your shield. Keep calling upon the name of Jesus, for at His name every knee must bow and every dark power must submit.

We hear how heavy it feels to walk into your workplace sensing spiritual opposition, and we are grateful you asked us to stand with you in prayer. It is understandable to feel on edge when work itself already carries pressure.

We believe the battle you describe is real, and we also find it helps not to carry it alone or to focus only on the opposition. Staying close to Christ in the ordinary ways, and staying connected to other believers who can pray with you in person, often brings more peace and clarity than trying to sort everything out by yourself.

A couple of steady next steps that may help you this week are to invite one trusted pastor or mature believer to pray with you regularly by name, not just knowing others are praying but actually praying together, and to keep simple, wise boundaries at work while you continue to seek the Lord's direction for each day there. If the tension at work ever feels unsafe, please also reach out to a trusted leader or support person nearby.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your protection and peace over them, especially at work. Cover them with Your presence, quiet fear, grant wisdom for each interaction, and surround them with faithful community. Help them to rest in Your care and to walk in Your strength each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

We stand with you in prayer and we have brought your request before the Lord, asking for His protection over you in your workplace.

Be assured that the power of witchcraft and every satanic attack is not greater than the power of God. From the time when Satan fell, the purpose of God has been to break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him. He casts down the mighty from their seats of pomp, and He lifts up those who trust in Him. No weapon formed against His people can prosper beyond what He permits, and every arrogant power that presumes to act apart from Him will be broken by His right hand.

Scripture reminds us that the Lord gives charge over His people to His angels to keep them in all their appointed ways, and that this protection is both personal and perpetual. As you walk in the path of obedience, in the place where Providence has set you, you may trust that He will keep you from the perils of the way, whether they be seen or unseen. Do not be moved by a spirit of willfulness to step outside that path, but remain steady in faith, in prayer, and in the Word, for there the promise belongs to those who keep the precept.

Like Joseph of old, you may feel that the archers have sorely shot at you and grieved you. Yet his bow abode in strength because his hands were made strong by the mighty God of Jacob, from thence is the Shepherd, the Stone of Israel. So spiritual strength comes from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness, and He will strengthen you day by day. Your comfort is not to be found in any other hope, for in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills. Truly in the Lord our God is salvation, and the balm for every wound is found only at Calvary through the blood of Jesus Christ, by whom alone we are saved and delivered.

Let us pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, who has triumphed over sin, death, and all the powers of darkness. We ask You to cover this Your servant with the blood of Christ and to surround him with Your presence as a shield. Command Your holy angels to guard him in his going out and coming in, and especially in his workplace. Break the power of every witchcraft and demonic assault directed against him, and render it of no effect. Grant him boldness and peace, not a spirit of fear, and keep his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Clothe him with the whole armor of God, that he may stand firm, and let no evil have dominion over him. Lift him up when he is cast down, and let him know that You who will raise our bodies from the grave are able also to deliver from every present trouble. Keep him from iniquity and keep him close to Yourself, that his conscience may have sweet peace and his life may bear witness to Your keeping power. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Redeemer and Shepherd. Amen.

Continue to look to Christ alone, to pray without ceasing, to dwell in the Scriptures, and to walk faithfully where God has placed you. He who has redeemed you from death will redeem you from all evil, and He delights to work the work of your deliverance.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
