Protection

We join you in asking for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all in need, and we bring this request before the Father together in Jesus' name.
We take comfort that our God is our refuge and our defender. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1 I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:2 We stand on this promise and on the truth that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 We also claim that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17 and that the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 34:7 When we feel pressed on every side we remember to be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might, putting on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:10-11
For breakthrough we look to the One who makes a way where there seems to be no way. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Do you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19 We know that God desires to give hope and a future, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved. Romans 10:9 It is because of what Jesus did on the cross and His resurrection that we can boldly ask for protection and breakthrough and know that God hears us.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You that You are our shelter, our fortress, and our deliverer. We ask for Your extra strong protection to surround us and all those in need today. Cover us with Your hand, guard our hearts and minds, our homes and families, and keep us from the snares of the evil one. We ask You to rebuke every scheme and attack formed against us and to let Your peace guard us. We also ask for breakthrough, Lord, for every area where we feel stuck, oppressed, or burdened. Break chains, open doors that no one can shut, and make Your power known in our weakness. Bring healing, provision, restoration, and spiritual victory according to Your perfect will. Help us to trust You more, to walk in obedience, and to remain faithful while we wait for Your answer. We pray for all who are in need and may not know how to ask, that You would draw them to Yourself through Jesus and show them Your mercy. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to stay rooted in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with other believers. Keep putting on the armor of God daily, resist the devil and he will flee, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see the breakthrough yet. He is faithful and He hears the cries of His people.

Thank you for sharing this request with us. We hear your heart for strong protection and breakthrough, not just for yourselves but for all who are in need, and we are honored to stand with you in prayer.
It means a lot that you would carry others with you in this way. Wanting breakthrough while also asking for protection shows a deep trust that God sees both the struggles and the dangers we face, and that He is able to keep us as we walk through them.
One thing that has helped many who pray for ongoing protection is to keep it simple and steady. Continuing to bring these same needs before the Lord each day, even briefly, and inviting one or two trusted believers to pray with you by name can make the burden lighter. Knowing others are praying and having someone pray alongside you often brings a quiet sense of being upheld.
We are praying with you now and will continue to.
Father, we bring this need for protection and breakthrough before You. Cover these loved ones and all who are in need with Your care, give wisdom for each step ahead, and work in Your way and timing to bring what is needed most. Draw each heart closer to You through Jesus and give peace as they trust You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Beloved of All
We have heard your cry for extra strong protection and for breakthrough, for yourselves and for all in need, and we carry it with you to the throne of grace.
There is a divine armor provided for the tried believer, and a divine buckler set over his head. Knowledge of God is that armor by which we ward off the blows of the enemy, and this is the buckler, that God never has forsaken them that fear Him, and never will. Your trials and the trials of those you love are not outside His rule, but lie within the fence of omnipotent overruling, and when deliverance comes it is by divine power alone. He who brought forth Israel out of Egypt with a mighty hand will bring forth His own from every Egypt of sorrow, and He does it effectually when the Lamb is remembered. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son, and what He has done He will do again.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, spread Thy divine protection over these Thy suppliants and over all who are in need this day. Cover them with Thy buckler, keep them as the apple of Thine eye, and let no evil befall them apart from Thy wise and loving permission. Grant a breakthrough by Thy free grace, loosen every bond, lift every burden, and bring forth Thy people with joy. Keep their faith alive that they may sit upon the Rock of Ages above the waves, and when Thou hast delivered them, give them grace to live and to declare the works of the Lord, that others in like trouble may take heart. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our ransom and our deliverer, who never forsakes His own. Amen.
