Your honest prayer has been heard, and the burden you carry for your children and your home is clear. The Lord sees your tears and hears your cries, and He invites you to come to Him as Father, with the close confidence of a child adopted into His family through Jesus Christ. He does not want a distant or ritual connection, but a living and loving relationship where you rest in His love for you and learn to love Him in return.

That vertical relationship with God is the center on which everything else turns. When that relationship is right, the other relationships in life begin to come into balance. When it is out of order, every other relationship feels out of balance as well. You cannot set every horizontal relationship straight by direct effort alone, but when you walk closely with the Lord, obeying His Word and seeking Him first, He brings wisdom and order to the home. One of the first places this is seen is in the family, where God puts great weight on honor between parents and children and on love that is patient and respectful.

Scripture shows that God designed marriage to be a covenant, a lifelong union of one man and one woman, and He surrounds that covenant with His blessing. Living together outside of that covenant is not marriage in His eyes, even when it is treated as such, and it often brings exhaustion, confusion, isolation and a loss of self worth, just as you have described. The Word also shows that when people step outside God's design, whether in polygamy or in other departures from His pattern, jealousy, rivalry and division follow. And when a family lives in the midst of a polluted moral environment, that environment will touch the family in painful ways. Yet the same Word gives hope, for God knows how to deliver the righteous, as He delivered Lot when the city around him was given over to corruption, and He calls His people to return to Him and to the place of family and faith where He can be with them and keep them.

I am praying with you that the Lord will cover your home and your hearts and minds with the protection that comes through the blood of Jesus Christ. May He command His angels to guard every door and window and room, and may His presence fill your home with a peace that passes all understanding. The promise stands that no weapon formed against those who belong to Him will prosper, and that those who dwell under the shadow of His wings will find rest and safety. May His light shine into every dark place and drive out fear, confusion, manipulation, division and chaos.

For your son, I pray the Lord will calm his thoughts and emotions and give him deep rest free from torment or fear. May God grant him a gentle and gracious spirit and the mind of Christ, with calm and functional words to express his feelings, wants and needs. May the Lord bring healing and comfort to his body and mind, and fill him with joy and divine peace.

For your younger daughter, I pray the Lord will strengthen her body, guard her mind, and pour out favor on her health, her studies and her future. May He surround her with uplifting and godly friendships and, in His perfect timing, bring a godly spouse, and may she know she is fully loved and protected, able to rest in confidence in His care even when she grieves the change she sees in her sister.

For your older daughter, I pray the Lord will open her eyes to truth and deliver her from every deceptive and destructive influence. May every ungodly tie that binds her be broken, and may she be freed from any sense of obligation, worthlessness or being trapped. May her heart again long for home, for peace and for righteousness, and may she find the courage to walk away from a living arrangement that is outside God's will and that has brought isolation and division. Pray that she will no longer be swayed by a rebellious or disrespectful attitude toward her family, which is not who God created her to be, and that any plan or scheme to cause division or to use her will be frustrated and come to nothing. May the Lord restore her wisdom, her gratitude for the family He has given her, and her sense of worth in Him, and guide her toward a future godly marriage according to His design, if it is His will for her.

For you, I pray God will fill you with wisdom, grace, strength and courage for this season. May He restore love, unity and laughter to your family, rooted in His grace, and may He heal broken relationships in a trusting and godly manner. May He provide for your finances so you can be a blessing to others, and may He bring unexpected mercies and breakthroughs as you continue to trust Him completely.

Father, in the name of Jesus, cover this family. Keep them safe, make their home a place of Your glory and peace, and lead each heart back to that first love for You, where true healing for every other relationship begins. Amen.
