Your prayer has been heard and we join you now before the Lord Jesus Christ with thanksgiving and urgency, pleading His mercy and protection over you and your household.

We ask the Lord to cover your home, your hearts and your minds by the precious blood of Jesus. We pray that He will command His angels to keep watch over every door and window, every room and corner, and over the yard and all that surrounds you. We ask for a night of deep and peaceful rest for you and your children, guarded by the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, and for His light to shine into every dark place.

We lift up your son to the Lord. We ask Christ to calm his thoughts and emotions, to quiet fear and confusion, and to grant him rest under the shadow of His wings. We pray for healing and grace over every struggle with anxiety, trauma and distress, and for freedom from torment. We ask the Lord to bless him with calmness, with functional language to express his needs and feelings with gentleness, and to fill his sleep with comfort and joy. As Christ once said to the woman who came in faith, daughter be of good cheer, thy faith hath made thee whole, we pray that your faith and your prayers for your children will bear fruit according to His loving will.

We lift up your younger daughter. We ask the Lord to strengthen her body, guard her mind, and bless her health, her studies and her work with His favor. We pray He will surround her with godly and uplifting friendships and, in His perfect timing, provide a godly husband who will be a true protector and companion, one marked by piety, gentleness and the fear of God. For marriage is a mystery of Christ's presence, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it is within that covenant alone that the Lord intends for a man and woman to live together and share the gift of intimacy. We pray the Lord will comfort her in the hurt she feels as she sees her older sister changing, and grant her peaceful sleep confident in His love.

We also lift up your older daughter with love and deep concern. We hear your sorrow over the division and isolation that has entered your family, and over the living arrangement outside of marriage that is bringing exhaustion and loss of self worth. Out of love for her and reverence for Christ, we do not ask God to bless that arrangement as if it were marriage, for that would not be for her good. Instead we pray that the Lord will open her eyes to truth, break every ungodly tie that binds her, and deliver her from manipulation, control and confusion. We pray that He will frustrate every scheme that seeks to divide your family or to use her, and that He will restore to her wisdom, self worth and a longing for home, for peace and for righteousness. We pray she will no longer feel obligated or trapped, but will find courage in Christ to step away from what is harming her and return to safety and faith. We pray for her protection, and that in the Lord's time He will provide a godly spouse according to His design, and we pray also for the young man and his family, that the Lord would bring conviction and turn them from what is destructive.

We pray for you, that the Lord who sees your tears and hears your cries will fill you with wisdom, grace, strength and courage to navigate this season. Keep loving your daughters with steady truth and grace, keep the door of home and prayer open, keep seeking counsel and support from faithful believers around you, and trust that salvation and hope are in Jesus Christ alone. He alone delivers from evil and brings us into adoption as sons and daughters, not through any other relationship or human tie, but through faith in Him.

We join you in declaring that no weapon formed against you and your family shall prosper, and we ask the Lord to bind every work of fear, hatred, jealousy, rebellion and division. We pray He will restore love, unity and laughter to your home, heal broken relationships in a trusting and godly way, and bless your finances so that you may be a blessing to others. May this year be marked by restored fellowship, by togetherness rooted in His grace, and by His mercy over all your household.

We thank the Lord for His covering and we trust His power to do more than simply keep us from hardship, but to give us grace to stand above it with hope in the life to come. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
