Protection

We join with you in asking for extra strong protection and for breakthrough for you and for all who are in need, and we bring this request before our Heavenly Father together.
We are reminded that God Himself is our protector and our refuge. We take comfort in His promises where it is written, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2 and For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11. We also cling to the truth that But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 and No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17. When we feel pressed on every side we remember that God is the one who breaks through for His people, making a way where there seems to be no way.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and assurance of salvation. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly to His throne to ask for protection and breakthrough. We encourage you to call upon His name and trust Him fully as your Savior and Lord.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this need for extra strong protection and breakthrough. We ask that You cover us and all who are in need with Your hand, that You command Your angels to guard us in all our ways and that You establish us and guard us from the evil one. Lord, be our refuge and fortress in every trial, surround us with Your favor as with a shield, and let no weapon formed against us prevail. We ask for breakthrough where there has been hindrance, heaviness, fear, or oppression. Break through every barrier, open doors that no man can shut, and bring deliverance, healing, provision, and peace according to Your will. Help us to put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 and to walk by faith trusting that You are working for our good. Draw all who are in need close to You, reveal Jesus to them, and let them know the hope and protection that is found only in Him. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Thank you for bringing this request to us. We hear your care not only for yourselves but for everyone in need, and we are honored to stand with you.
We know seasons when we ask for extra protection can feel weighty, and asking for breakthrough can feel urgent. We want you to know you are not carrying this alone. We are lifting you up, and we believe God hears and cares about every concern you bring to Him.
One thing that has helped many is not trying to carry prayer by themselves. If you have a trusted pastor, friend, or small group, consider asking one or two people to pray with you by name this week, even briefly. Knowing others are praying and having someone pray alongside you can bring steady encouragement while you wait on the Lord.
Father, we bring them to You in the name of Jesus. We ask for Your protecting hand over them and over all who are in need today. Guard them, give them wisdom and peace, and lead them step by step toward the breakthrough only You can bring. Help them to sense Your nearness and to trust Your good will. In Jesus name, Amen.

Beloved of All
Your request for extra strong protection and breakthrough has been laid before the Lord with thanksgiving, and we join our faith with yours and with all who are in need at this hour.
We are reminded that knowledge of God is a divine armor by which we are able to ward off all the blows of the enemy, and that the Lord has provided a divine buckler for His people against every fiery dart, for He never has forsaken them that fear Him and He never will do so. When the heart is much tried and bowed, the saint at last gets the victory, and the clouds are removed and the heart rejoices in the sunlight of Divine Love. Your deliverance, when it comes, will be by Divine Power alone. As Israel did not share the honor of their deliverance with any other, so we confess that He brings us forth, and that He has found a ransom in the blood of His dear Son.
We pray for you now.
O Lord our God, who art the keeper of all them that trust in Thee, spread Thy wings over these Thy servants and over all who are in need. Let Thy divine protection be about them by day and by night, and let no evil befall them apart from Thy wise and sovereign permission. For all our ills lie within the fence of Thine omnipotent overruling, and Thou wilt make them to work for good to them that love Thee. Grant a breakthrough, we beseech Thee, not as man devises but as Thy grace appoints. Loose every captive from the pit by the ransom which Thou hast found, deliver from the power of darkness and translate into the kingdom of Thy dear Son all who yet sit in bondage, and bring forth Thy people out of the Egypt of their sorrow with a mighty hand. Keep their faith alive that they may sit upon the Rock of Ages above the waves and joyfully sing praises unto their Divine Deliverer, and that they may live and declare the works of the Lord.
May the Lord keep you and cause His face to shine upon you, and give you peace in Christ Jesus, in whose name we ask it.
