Living together as if married without the covenant of marriage does not honor God and it opens the door to bondage, loss of self worth and confusion. Courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, not prolonged cohabitation, and we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. We pray with you that every ungodly tie and soul tie that binds her to this young man will be broken in Jesus' name, that her eyes will be opened to truth and that she will be delivered from every deceptive and destructive influence.
