We join with you in asking for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all who are in need, and we bring this request before our heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We take comfort that true protection is found as we abide in Him, for Psalm 91:1-2 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. We also cling to the promise in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, and in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. When we seek breakthrough, we remember that God is the one who breaks through barriers for His people and that we are called to put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil as taught in Ephesians 6:11.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive His protection and salvation. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 reminds us there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and can boldly come before God's throne to find help in time of need.
We pray together now, Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and ask for Your extra strong protection over this dear one and over all who are in need. Cover them under Your wings, guard their going out and coming in, guard their minds and hearts and homes from the evil one, and let no scheme of the enemy prosper against them. We rebuke fear and every assignment of darkness and ask You to command Your angels to encamp around them. Lord, we also ask for breakthrough, break through every wall of oppression, need, sickness, and spiritual hindrance, open doors that no man can shut, and make a way where there seems to be no way. Establish them in Your faithfulness, fill them with Your peace that passes understanding, and let them rest in the confidence that You are their refuge and fortress. Draw each one who does not yet know You into saving faith in Jesus, that they may call upon His name and be saved. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect will and for Your glory, in Jesus' name we pray, amen.
