Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and I want to encourage you from His Word as you wait on Him.
You asked for protection around your integrity and for wholeness to be preserved. Scripture shows that integrity and uprightness do preserve the one who walks before God and waits on Him. When you purpose in your heart to walk honestly before the Lord, even when no one else is watching, you can ask Him to be your judge and your keeper. He sets the feet of the upright on level ground so they will not stumble. Ask Him daily to help you walk in that integrity, to redeem you and be merciful to you, and to keep your heart and your reputation in His hands at work and in every situation of life.
You also asked for fear to depart and for protection from misunderstanding. Fear is a tool the enemy often uses to paralyze us, and we can die a thousand deaths by fearing what may never happen. Faith and fear cannot rule the heart at the same time. When fear takes over, faith fades, and when faith in God is strong, fear loses its hold. The cure for fear is remembering the Lord is with you. As David said, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for You are with me. Though a host should encamp against you, your heart need not fear, because the Lord Himself is your strength and your confidence. Bring every worry about work, about being misunderstood, about relationships, back to His presence and let Him quiet your heart.
The Bible also teaches that the fear of the Lord is the beginning and the sum of true wisdom, and that to fear the Lord is to hate evil and to depart from it. As you reverence Him and turn from what is wrong, He brings health and steadiness to your life. And when your relationship with God is made right and kept right, your other relationships have a way of coming into balance. Put Him first, love Him above all, and He will help order your relationships with your manager, your coworkers, your family and your friends.
So I have prayed that the Lord will guard your integrity, keep you from misunderstanding, make your tasks manageable, and open the right doors for safe and wholesome fellowship. I have prayed for favor with those you work with, for true friendships where you can be safe and at peace, for daily guidance, for His joy to fill you, and for a deeper knowledge of the love of Jesus. I have prayed too for healing and grace in your family, that God would draw each heart closer to Himself and to one another.
May the Lord keep you, cause His face to shine upon you, and give you His peace in everything you undertake as you trust in Jesus Christ.
