We join with you in asking for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all in need, and we thank you for calling upon the name of Lord Jesus, for it is in His name that we have confidence to come before the Father.

We understand the weight of spiritual warfare and we take seriously your desire for the Lord's presence and anointing over your prayer time tonight. Scripture reminds us that our battle is not merely seen, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we do not fear, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

We cling to the promise of His covering, that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. And we claim His word that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. When we submit ourselves to God and resist the enemy, he will flee from us James 4:7.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this prayer for protection and breakthrough. We ask You to place Your hedge of protection around us and all those in need, to guard our hearts, minds, homes and bodies from every scheme of the enemy. Remove and rebuke every influence of spiritual warfare that would hinder, distract or oppress, and let no evil have dominion over us. We ask You to anoint our prayer time tonight, to be tangibly present among us, to fill the place where we gather with Your Holy Spirit, and to guide us by Your wisdom and Your peace. Grant us breakthroughs, Lord, where there has been bondage, heaviness, or delay, and let Your will be done. Establish us, strengthen us, and let us walk in the full armor of God with truth, righteousness, faith and Your Word. We thank You, Lord, that You hear us and that You are our refuge and deliverer. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect love and power. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you for protection and breakthrough. We hear your desire for the Lord to be truly present tonight and to lift the heaviness you have been sensing.

We are standing with you and with all those you carry on your heart who need His covering as well. It is comforting to remember that our safety rests in Jesus Himself, not in finding the perfect words or method. He hears simple, faithful prayer.

For tonight it may help to keep your prayer time unhurried and simple. Begin together by quietly inviting the Lord to be present, thank Him for His care, and then bring your requests plainly in Jesus' name. If you can, pray with one or two other trusted believers even briefly, and give space to listen as well as to speak. That steady, small faithfulness over time is often how the Lord shapes and strengthens us. We will keep praying with you beyond tonight as well.

Father, we bring this dear one and all those in need before You tonight. Cover them with Your protection, quiet what oppresses them, and make Your presence known as they pray. Guide their time together, grant wisdom and peace, and work Your good purposes in Your way and timing. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for extra strong protection and for breakthrough has been brought before the Lord, and we have joined with you in spreading this case before Him.

We understand what it is to feel the pressure of spiritual warfare, and we take comfort that true prayer is just pleading with the Most High, spreading our case before Him and then pressing our suit with all the arguments we can muster. In that spirit we plead with God on your behalf, not in self conceit which tears the wheels from prayer, but in humility of spirit, remembering that He hears the humble and answers though not always in the way we expect.

We have prayed that the Lord Jesus would keep you and all in need from evil, even as He prayed for His own, Father, keep them, keep them from the evil. Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it is like the prayer of Christ who ever lives to make intercession, and it is exceedingly prevalent to stay the plague and bring down blessings from on high. We have asked the Lord to remember His Word unto His servants and to fulfill His promises, for prayer is the shadow of a coming blessing, and when we can plead a promise and drop that prayer into the ground with hope, it shall prevail with God.

For your prayer time tonight we have asked that the Lord would not allow you to restrain prayer before Him, but would give you inwrought prayer in the very warp and woof of your being. May He quicken you in His way, quicken you in private prayer and in public prayer, and anoint your supplication so that you may continue with one accord in prayer and supplication. May His presence be manifest among you, guiding you into all wisdom and granting breakthrough according to His will.

If the answer tarries, do not forsake the closet. Mighty prayer will yet prevail if it has but time. Persevere in importunity, for the Lord still hears the prayer offered both in the daytime and at night. May He grant you protection under His wings, deliverance from the assaults of the enemy, and a clear sense of His nearness and keeping power.

We commit you to Him who never sends His soldiers to warfare at His own charges, but supplies all grace and guidance and strength needed for the battle. May the Lord grant fresh supplies of His Spirit tonight and in the days to come, and may His peace guard your hearts.

In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and refuge we pray. Amen.
