I have read your prayer, and I hear a mother’s heart that clings to the Lord with honest, desperate faith. What you have poured out is not just a list of requests but the cry of a soul that knows its true refuge. Keep that honesty before God. He is never deceived, and He never turns away a spirit that is cast down yet hoping in Him.

The protection you plead for is real. Scripture teaches that God sets a hedge around His people, so that the enemy cannot break through unless the Lord permits. As you pray, you are not begging a distant power; you are speaking from relationship. You said, “Jesus,” and that alone declares, “You are my God.” That relationship is the foundation of every petition. Never let go of that. From that secure place, you can ask for angelic guard over every door and window, and you can trust that no weapon formed against your family will finally prosper.

Your grief over your older daughter is heavy. What you describe is a living arrangement outside God’s design, and you have rightly called it deception. Remember that not everything that appears attractive is from the Lord. There are relationships that begin with sweet words but become a snare, because they pull a person away from the Father’s house. God desires that each one of us would hear His voice saying, “Return to the land of your family; I am the God who met you in your hour of need, and I will be with you.” Pray steadfastly that her eyes will open. The Lord knows how to deliver the godly from a corrupting influence while keeping the ungodly for judgment. He can let the scales fall from her eyes so she sees clearly that control, exploitation, and manipulation are not love. Her soul is of far greater value than any worldly gain, and the Lord wants her whole.

Stand on the truth that God’s design for intimacy is a lifelong marriage covenant, one man and one woman. Anything outside that is not His home for her. When she turns back, she will not be returning to bondage but to freedom. David, when he fled from Saul, had to hide in the field and wait for God’s timing, and the psalms born from that season are full of raw honesty. “Why are you cast down, O my soul? Hope in God.” I encourage you to teach that to your daughter through your own example: wait only upon God. Do not try to force the outcome, but cry out for supernatural clarity. May she hear the call, “Hearken, O daughter, and consider; forget your own people and your father’s house. The King greatly desires your beauty; worship Him as Lord.” When she sees Jesus as truly Lord and the lover of her soul, the deceptive charm of a wolf in sheep’s clothing will break.

For the young man and his mother, pray that God would confront them as He did Laban, who thought he could manipulate for his own gain. The Lord sees every overstepped boundary and every act of financial control. He can speak to that mother’s spirit and bring conviction. And He can raise up a fatherly voice to call that young man back to his own home and responsibilities. Real shepherding means leading toward righteousness, not selfishness.

Your son is under the same hedge. Continue thanking God for every evidence of healing, the calm, the functional language, the quiet moments. God delights to give peace that surpasses understanding. Let his rest be a sign to you that the Lord stands guard. As the psalmist found, even in the wilderness, the soul thirsts for God, and He answers.

Your younger daughter is also held. The acceptance and the internship are not coincidences. Pray not only for her career but for godly friendships and, in God’s perfect time, a husband who will love her as Christ loves the church, with honor and faithfulness. Comfort her in her hurt; it is painful when a sister seems to choose another family over her own. But God can restore the years the locusts have eaten.

I join you in asking that this year be marked by restoration of joy, unity, and laughter in your family gatherings. The enemy sows division, but God delights in knitting souls together in righteous covenant love, not the world’s counterfeit, but the love that says, “Your people shall be my people, and your God my God.” Your daughters do not need men who will use them; they need men who will make a covenant before God. Keep praying boldly for that.

Finally, tend your own soul. You have a history of spiritual attack, but also of seeing God’s faithfulness. Let your prayer be not only a cry for help but an act of intimate worship. When you say, “Jesus, I plead Your blood,” you are coming to the One who gave His life to purchase you and your children. That is a relationship deeper than any earthly tie. Let that love fill your joy. As you do, your soul will not be disquieted forever; hope in God. He is your help and your God. Continue to pour out your heart, and then rest, knowing the hedge is strong, the angels are on watch, and the Lord Himself neither slumbers nor sleeps.
