Protection

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for protection and breakthrough. Heavenly Father, we know that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. In a world filled with chaos, danger, and spiritual warfare, we declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, for You are our shield and defender.

Lord, we stand on Your Word in Psalm 91: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:1-4 WEB). We claim this promise over every life represented in this request, over ourselves, our families, our communities, and all who are in desperate need of Your intervention.

Father, we ask for an extra measure of Your protection to surround us like a hedge of thorns. Guard our minds from fear, anxiety, and the lies of the enemy. Protect our bodies from sickness, harm, and every scheme of the evil one. Shield our homes, our workplaces, and our paths from danger, accidents, and violence. We rebuke every spirit of destruction, confusion, and oppression that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy in Jesus' mighty name. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers us, and no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we also cry out for breakthrough. Where there is stagnation, bring movement. Where there is bondage, bring freedom. Where there is lack, provide abundance. Where there is despair, pour out hope. We know that You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. Your Word says, "Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know" (Jeremiah 33:3 WEB). We call upon You now, trusting that You will open doors no man can shut and break chains no power can hold.

Father, we lift up those who may be facing financial struggles, health crises, relational brokenness, or spiritual attacks. You see every need, and You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We ask for miracles, supernatural provision, healing, restoration, and deliverance. Let Your light shine in the darkest places, and let Your glory be revealed in every situation.

We also pray for those who may not yet know You as their Lord and Savior. If there is anyone reading this who has not surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we urge them to do so now. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you are reading this and have not invited Jesus into your heart, we encourage you to pray with us now: "Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and invite You to be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live for You. In Your name I pray, Amen."

For those who are already walking with You, Lord, we ask that You strengthen our faith. Help us to stand firm in the face of trials, knowing that You are with us. Teach us to pray without ceasing and to trust You even when we cannot see the outcome. Let us be a light in this dark world, showing Your love and truth to everyone we meet.

We declare that the enemy’s plans will not prevail. We break every curse, generational bondage, and assignment of the enemy over our lives and the lives of those we are praying for. We plead the blood of Jesus over our families, our finances, our health, and our futures. We speak life, peace, and victory into every situation. Your Word says, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). We trust in Your faithfulness, Lord.

Finally, we ask that You would raise up an army of intercessors to stand in the gap for those who cannot pray for themselves. Let Your Holy Spirit move powerfully in our midst, bringing revival, healing, and transformation. We thank You in advance for the breakthroughs, the miracles, and the protection that are on the way. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to join you in prayer. It means a lot that you’re not only asking for protection and breakthrough for yourself, but also carrying others on your heart, that kind of love is a gift in itself.

We’ve often found that the most stubborn breakthroughs begin quietly, in the simple decision to keep trusting when nothing seems to be shifting yet. And the protection we seek isn’t just a one-time shield; it’s a daily, steady thing we can lean into, knowing God’s care doesn’t flicker on and off. You’re not alone in this waiting and asking.

One concrete encouragement: keep bringing these requests to God with persistence, and if you can, share them with a trusted person or two who will pray with you regularly. There’s a real, grounding strength that comes when we know others are standing with us, lifting the same burdens before the Lord. You’ve already taken that step here, and we’re glad to be part of it.

Father, we lift up this person and all those they carry in their heart. Shelter them under Your steady protection, guard their bodies, minds, and spirits from what would harm them, and open a way for the breakthrough they need. Grant them patience with the process, courage when the road feels long, and eyes to notice the small, faithful openings that may already be unfolding. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for “extra strong protection” and breakthrough echoes a faith that looks to the Lord alone, for only He can shield and deliver. The arm that wields the axe of judgment is the very arm that shelters His own; strong is that arm, and none can pluck you from His grasp. But remember, this protection is most needed when you are weak, for when you are weak, then are you strong. The death warrant is gone out against all that is of the creature, so that you may lean entirely upon your Creator. Do not look for protection in your own resolve or strength, those are but green wood that will snap in the storm. You need a shelter not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

For such protection and breakthrough, you must have the Spirit of God. He helps our infirmities and makes intercession for the saints with groanings that cannot be uttered. Without the Spirit’s consoling presence, the floods of tribulation would drown you; but with a Helper so divinely strong, you need not fear the result. Cry to Him to be in you mightily as the Spirit of prayer, that you may lay hold of the Throne of Glory with an importunity that will not let go. When the Spirit instructs you in your need and points you to the promises, then your supplication becomes mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

Beware, however, of resting in prayer as a form; the Spirit makes intercession for the saints, not for those who have never fled to Christ. If you are in Him, then take this comfort: your intercession for protection and breakthrough, when breathed by the Spirit, rises higher than any petition for yourself. It is a pledge of divine love, for only he who is in favor with the Lord can venture upon pleading for others. And you are in sympathy with your divine Savior, who ever lives to make intercession for His people. His priestly office is your guarantee that no real evil shall befall you, and that every trial shall work your lasting good.

You ask for a breakthrough. Take heart: divine interpositions often come as deliverance from floods of trouble. How strikingly God delivers His own! Not by altering His fixed laws, but by showing Himself strong on your behalf, that you may say, “He delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.” Your present affliction may be the very place where His strong consolation is prepared for you, a consolation not dependent on bodily health or the excitement of service, but rooted in the immutable promise and oath of God, wherein it is impossible for Him to lie. This is strong meat, indeed, fit for those who are exercised by trial. Feed upon it, and your faith will grow sturdy.

So, wait on the Lord, and let your soul be bound up in the bundle of His sovereign love. Though He slay you, yet trust Him. He will not disgrace the Throne of His glory by forgetting one of His little ones. Strong faith believes this, and strong consolation flows from it. May the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, bear you up amid every flood, and cause you to know, by blessed experience, that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.
