We hear your cry for protection and stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke every scheme of the enemy designed to harm you through your coworkers, for no weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Him (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. We ask that You surround [this individual] with Your hedge of protection, shielding them from every evil intent and harmful word. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in accusation, You will condemn.
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for [this individual] as they navigate this challenging situation. Grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to respond with grace and truth, reflecting Your love even in the face of adversity. May their actions and words be a testament to Your transformative power in their life.
We also lift up their coworkers to You, Lord. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the truth. If their intentions are rooted in malice or envy, we ask that You convict them and lead them to repentance. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may they come to know the love and salvation found only in Jesus Christ.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of strife, division, and discord in this workplace. We declare that Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will rule in their hearts and minds. May Your presence be so tangible that even those who seek to harm will be drawn to the love and grace of Jesus.
We pray that [this individual] will find strength in You, knowing that You are their defender and protector. Remind them daily of Your promises, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Fill them with courage and boldness to stand firm in their faith, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every evil plan against [this individual] to be thwarted. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.
