Protection

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts, lifting up your request for protection and breakthrough, knowing that our Heavenly Father is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:1-2, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* And again in Psalm 34:7, *"Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* We can take comfort in knowing that God is our protector, and He is mighty to save.

Yet, we must also remember that our confidence is not in the strength of our prayers alone but in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. It is by His name—and His name alone—that we are saved, and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares in Acts 4:12, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in John 14:6, Jesus Himself says, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard and answered according to the Father’s will.

We also recognize that breakthrough often comes through perseverance in faith and obedience to God’s Word. In James 1:2-4, we are told, *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* And in Ephesians 6:10-13, we are reminded to *"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand."*

With this in mind, let us pray together for you and all who are in need of God’s protection and breakthrough:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and breakthrough for Your children who are in need. Lord, You are our shield and our strong tower, and we ask that You surround them with Your heavenly host, guarding them from every scheme of the enemy. Cover them with Your feathers, Lord, and let them find refuge under Your wings. Break every chain of bondage, every spirit of fear, and every obstacle that stands in the way of Your will being fulfilled in their lives.

We pray for supernatural breakthrough in every area where there is stagnation—whether in finances, health, relationships, or spiritual growth. Lord, open doors that no man can shut and close doors that need to be closed. Give them wisdom to discern Your voice and the courage to walk in obedience, even when the path seems difficult. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your purpose.

Father, we also pray for those who may be struggling in their faith or walking in disobedience. Convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit and draw them back to You. Let them experience the fullness of Your love and the power of Your protection as they surrender their lives to You.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is faithful to His promises. Continue to seek Him in prayer, to walk in obedience to His Word, and to trust in His timing. He is your protector, your provider, and your breakthrough. Cling to Him, and He will never let you go.
