We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that He alone is our strong tower and refuge in times of trouble. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:1-2, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* And again in Psalm 34:7, *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* Our confidence is in the Lord, who is mighty to save and able to surround His children with divine protection and breakthrough.
Yet we must also address something of great importance—your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all prayers must be offered. The Word of God is clear: *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). Without calling upon His name, we have no access to the Father, no promise of hearing, and no assurance of salvation. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Believe in Him, repent of your sins, and confess Him as Lord—*"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10). It is only through Christ that we can boldly approach the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need.
With that foundation, we lift you and all who are in need before the Lord, asking for His mighty protection and breakthrough. Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and power. We ask that You surround these Your children with Your heavenly host, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, break every chain of bondage, every scheme of the enemy, and every stronghold that seeks to hinder Your people. Grant supernatural strength, wisdom, and discernment to walk in victory. Let Your light expose every darkness, and let Your truth prevail in every situation. We pray for divine breakthroughs—financially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically—so that Your name may be glorified. Strengthen the weak, heal the brokenhearted, and deliver those who are oppressed. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for those who may be walking in fear or doubt. Remind them of Your promise in 2 Chronicles 20:15, *"Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s."* Lord, let Your presence be their rear guard (Isaiah 52:12), and let them know beyond all doubt that You are fighting for them (Exodus 14:14). We ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon all who seek You, that they may walk in the fullness of Your power and authority.
Finally, we pray for a spirit of unity and faith among believers, that we may stand together in prayer and intercession, lifting one another up as Your Word commands (Ephesians 6:18). May we never grow weary in seeking Your face, for You are our ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
