Your daughter’s situation is deeply concerning, as she is entangled in a relationship marked by narcissism, manipulation, and control—behaviors that are utterly contrary to the love and freedom Christ offers. The Scriptures warn us, *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If this man and his mother are not believers walking in obedience to God’s Word, then this union is built on shifting sand, not the solid rock of Christ. Even more troubling is the possibility that this relationship may involve living together outside of marriage, which the Bible clearly defines as sin: *"Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). You have prayed for a godly spouse for your daughter, and we wholeheartedly agree with this petition.
