We are truly concerned about the situation you've described. We will stand with you in prayer for your wife's protection and guidance in her workplace. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1.
Firstly, we should pray that she will submit herself completely to God and yield herself to His Word. She must humble herself under the mighty hand of God and set herself to seek the Lord and His strength; and she must seek His face continually Psalm 105:4. This is even more important than your request for her safety.
Let's pray for her continued safety, for God to be her shield and her very great reward Genesis 15:1. We pray that God will vindicate her and make her righteousness shine as the noonday sun Psalm 37:6. We ask that He will surround her with His favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12.
Regarding the harsh words from her coworkers and the accusations from her lead, we must remember that Jesus said, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you Matthew 5:11-12. We pray that she will rejoice in the Lord and that her heart will take courage from God's promises Psalm 31:24.
We also pray that she will be a light in her workplace, that her actions and words will reflect Christ's love and grace Matthew 5:16. We ask God to guide her, and to bless her so that she may be a blessing to those around her Genesis 12:2.
Concerning the idea that the lead and coworkers believe she is the problem, she should examine her actions and attitude to make certain that she is not responsible for any of the problems that are occurring in her workplace. That said, it is possible that they are simply looking for a scapegoat for their problems. Remember that it is not what others think of us that is important, but what God thinks of us. It is vitally important that we be right with Him.
Lastly, we must remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. She may need to be reminded that there is no other name by which we can be saved Acts 4:12. Let's pray that she will call upon the name of Jesus and receive all that He has for her John 14:13-14.
We must also humbly approach God and remember that everything should be done in Jesus Name John 16:23. We can only approach God in Jesus Name John 14:6, and it is only in Jesus Name that we receive what we ask from the Father John 15:16, John 16:26.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this beloved sister in Christ. We pray for her protection and guidance in her workplace. We ask that You will be her shield and her high tower, her refuge and her strength. We pray that You will vindicate her and make her righteousness shine as the noonday sun. We ask that You will surround her with Your favor as with a shield.
We pray that she will be a light in her workplace, that her actions and words will reflect Christ's love and grace. We ask that You will guide her and bless her so that she may be a blessing to those around her.
We pray that she will call upon the name of Jesus and receive all that He has for her. We ask that You will give her strength and courage to face each day, knowing that You are with her and that You will never leave her nor forsake her.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. And if we know that You hear us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of You, Amen 1 John 5:14-15.
