We lift up this request with hearts full of compassion and a deep desire to seek God’s will in this situation. Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We ask for Your divine protection over this dear one, shielding them from all harm, fear, and the schemes of the enemy. Lord, we know that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment that may be disturbing their peace.
Father, we also pray for restful sleep, free from nightmares and disturbances. Your Word tells us that You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we claim that promise now. We ask that You calm their mind, still their heart, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there is any unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or ungodly influence in their life, we ask that You reveal it to them so they may repent and walk in Your light. We rebuke any demonic oppression that may be affecting their rest, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we also pray for their spiritual well-being. If they have not yet placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we ask that You draw them to Yourself. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May they come to know the peace that comes from a personal relationship with You, the Author and Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). If they are already Your child, we pray that You strengthen their faith, deepen their walk with You, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.
We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we stand in agreement for their protection, peace, and rest. May Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy, and we thank You for hearing and answering this prayer. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
