Protection, salvation, deliverance

Servant of All
Lord protect my old sick mother, my brother and me from all evil. Especially from things that we not see as evil. I am saved by grace of Jesus Christ but i would like my mom and brother to be translated into the Kingdom of God/Jesus/light to. In Jesus name amen.
Please pray for protection over us tjis whole year 2026 day and night.

My brother to be healed/delivered from immaturity, vindicatif spirit, aggressive spirits, pride, stubborness, lack of empathy for my mom and me, alcoholism (weekends), smoking, maybe druggs i am not sure...

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your family to our Heavenly Father. Your request for protection, salvation, and deliverance is heard, and we join with you in fervent prayer, standing on the promises of God’s Word.

Father, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and we praise You that [] has been saved by Your grace. We ask now for Your divine protection over [], her mother, and her brother, day and night, throughout this year and beyond. Guard them from all evil, seen and unseen, as Your Word declares in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, their home, and their minds, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift up []’s brother, asking for Your healing and deliverance. The struggles you’ve described, immaturity, a vindictive spirit, aggression, pride, stubbornness, lack of empathy, alcoholism, smoking, and possible drug use, are heavy burdens, but we know that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). Father, break every chain of addiction and bondage in his life. Soften his heart to receive Your love and correction. Replace his pride with humility, his anger with peace, and his hardness with compassion. We rebuke the spirits of addiction, rebellion, and bitterness in Jesus’ name, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). Lord, draw him to repentance and restoration, that he may walk in the freedom only You can provide.

Most urgently, we pray for the salvation of []’s mother and brother. Father, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they may see their need for Jesus as their Lord and Savior. As Romans 10:13 declares, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." We ask that You send laborers into their lives, people, circumstances, or even dreams, that will point them to Christ. Remove any hardness of heart or deception that keeps them from surrendering to You. May they experience the transforming power of Your love and be translated into Your Kingdom, as you’ve asked, for "He has delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love" (Colossians 1:13).

We also want to encourage you, [], to continue praying without ceasing for your family (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Your persistence in prayer is a powerful testimony of your faith. Speak life and truth over them, even when they resist. Show them Christ’s love through your actions, patience, and forgiveness, for "love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). If there are opportunities to share the Gospel with them, ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and boldness. Remember, it is God who saves, but He often uses His people as vessels to carry His message.

Lastly, we want to address the importance of guarding your own heart and mind during this time. It can be easy to grow weary or discouraged when praying for loved ones who seem resistant to the Lord. But do not lose hope, for "let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). Stay rooted in God’s Word, surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and pray with you, and trust that God is at work even when you cannot see it.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this family to You now, asking for Your mercy, grace, and intervention. Protect them from all harm, deliver them from every bondage, and draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your name be glorified through their testimony. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear how much you love your mom and brother, and how heavy it is to watch them struggle while you’re holding on to Jesus. It’s clear you’re carrying their burdens before the Lord day and night, that kind of steady, persistent prayer matters more than you may feel right now.

When someone is tangled in addiction and the anger that often comes with it, we’ve seen that lasting change rarely comes through sheer willpower. It often begins when a person stops trying to control the battle alone and starts learning to lean on God’s strength in everyday, practical ways. For your brother, that could mean finding a Christian recovery group or an AA meeting with a sponsor who shares his faith, a place where he can be honest without shame and see what surrender actually looks like in the lives of others. Service to others, even just showing up to help someone else stay sober, has a way of loosening the death grip of self-focus. You can’t force him into it, but you can plant the idea gently and faithfully, and keep loving him without enabling the things that harm him.

And as you pray for their salvation, take heart that even slow, two-steps-forward-one-step-back seasons can be part of how God softens hearts. Your own steady presence is a living testimony.

Lord Jesus, we ask for Your shield over this family through every day of this year. Protect them from evil they see and from what they do not yet recognize. We lift up this mother and brother: bring them into the light of Your kingdom, and set the brother free from the grip of alcohol, substances, and the spirits that fuel aggression and pride. Surround him with people who will walk him toward real recovery, and give this one who prays daily strength, patience, and a heart that refuses to give up. Amen.

It is a mercy of the highest order that your own soul has been translated from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. This is the great deliverance, the fountainhead of every other blessing. From that sure standing, you now cry out for your mother and your brother, and this is as it should be, for grace makes the heart yearn for its own household. The Lord who quickened you is able also to bring them forth, with silver and gold, and not a feeble soul among the company He redeems.

Concerning your brother, I must speak plainly. You describe one who is not merely immature, but is going down to the Pit. The vindictive spirit, the pride, the stubbornness, the lack of empathy, these are the chains of the soul, and the drink and the smoke are but the visible symptoms of a deeper bondage. Such a man is in great peril; he is on the brink, and the soil crumbles beneath his feet. His case calls for that sharp, last arrow of conviction which only the Spirit can send, the truth that he is, this very moment, the object of divine wrath, abiding under the anger of God, and that to die in such a state is to be finally cast away.

Yet, though the peril be terrible, the Deliverer is mightier still. The Scripture says, “Look unto me, and be ye saved: for I am God, and there is none else.” Present your brother before the throne, plead the blood that cleanses from all sin, and ask the Lord to bring him forth from the Egypt of his bondage. The very God who breaketh the bow and cutteth the spear in sunder can snap the hold of alcoholism and break the neck of pride. When He delivers, there is enrichment that follows; the poor slave comes out with the silver and gold of a changed nature, the empathic heart, the sober mind, the gentle spirit. This is a salvation of power, not of mere reformation, and it is the work of God alone. Beseech the Lord to make your brother know, with a terrible and saving knowledge, that he is hastening to destruction, and then to reveal to him that there is a Ransom, a Substitute, who has gone down into the Pit of death for such as he.

For your aged, sick mother, I would not have you imagine that her salvation hangs upon the strength of her understanding as it once did. The Lord can deal with souls when reason seems weak and the tabernacle is faltering. We have a sure hope that He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them in His bosom. It is not the age of the body, nor the clarity of the mind, but the call of the Good Shepherd that secures the sheep. You ask that she might be “translated into the Kingdom.” That translation does not require a long discourse or a complex theology; it can happen with a single look at the Crucified One. Cry to Him, “Deliver her from going down to the Pit, for I have found a Ransom!” I know of no doctrine that shuts the door on those who, from their sickbed or from the dimness of age, cast themselves entirely upon the mercy of Christ. Pray that the Holy Spirit would make the gospel to be milk indeed to her, simple, nourishing, and fit for her weakest state, so that she may drink and live.

As for the protection you crave for the year 2026, day and night, flee to the wells of the Word. The promises are the great armor against the insinuations of Satan. When the adversary whispers that God has forsaken you, or that your prayers for your family are in vain, dash that fiery dart against the shield of the Scripture which declares, “He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” The God who watches over you neither slumbers nor sleeps. The unseen evils, the subtle snares hidden from your eye, are yet under His sovereign gaze. Hide your household in the cleft of the rock, and nothing shall by any means harm you beyond what He permits for your eternal good. In the places of drawing water, in the quiet of your communion with Christ, you shall be delivered from the noise of the archers.

Therefore, cease to be dismayed. A free salvation is cried before you this day; it is without money and without price, and it is now. Plead the full and finished work of Jesus before the Father. I join my earnest amens with your petition, that within this very year, you might all sit together to drink the new wine of the Kingdom in the presence of Him who has brought you forth.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You plead for your old sick mother, your brother, and yourself to be protected from all evil, seen and unseen, and you long for your mother and brother to be translated into the Kingdom of God. This is a holy desire. But consider the Lord’s own words: what is a man profited if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul? You are saved by grace through Jesus Christ; guard that salvation with trembling. Do not imagine that your own soul is secure while you neglect the state of others, but also do not think you can drag them into the Kingdom by mere wishing. Salvation is in Christ alone, with eternal glory, and it requires each soul to turn from darkness.

God in His great honor for us has sent angels as ministering spirits for those who are to inherit salvation. These holy servants do all for our sakes. Yet we too are called to that angelic work: to minister to our brethren for their salvation, not as Lord but as fellow-servants. So for your mother and brother, be as an angel in their midst. Preach to them not only with words but with a life so aflame with godly love that it melts their stubbornness. But this love must be warm, intense, and preferring them above yourself. If you would win them, overcome their coldness with unceasing kindness, but never with flattery that ignores sin.

Your brother’s condition is grievous: immaturity, a vindictive spirit, pride, stubbornness, lack of empathy, and the chains of drink and smoke and perhaps other secret things. You must understand that no one part of virtue suffices. Even if a man is free from riches or one vice, if he remains soft, unmanly, remiss in hearing God’s word, he is still building on sand. Your brother needs fortitude, contempt of worldly pleasures, deliverance from all earthly lusts. But these cannot sprout in a heart that loves its sickness. You ask for his deliverance; it will require his own will cooperating with grace. You cannot repent for him. Yet you can by your perseverance, tears, prayers, and works of mercy continually wash away the pollution of his sins before God, as far as intercession reaches. For hope of salvation is not placed in another ultimately, but in each one’s self after God’s lovingkindness. Yet God often uses the faithful to labor for the elect, that they also may obtain salvation. So suffer long for his sake, as Christ suffered for you.

But there is a danger: if your brother remains in his destructive ways and you cling to a friendship that enables his sin, you may lose your own salvation. If any friendship harms your soul, cut it off as you would a rotting limb. I do not say abandon him in every way, but sever the bonds of complicity. Do not share in his sins by silence or approval. Do not let him draw you into wrath or pride while you plead with him. Guard your own heart with all vigilance. If his spirit threatens to shipwreck your peace and your walk with Christ, create a holy distance while still praying fervently. Christ set us free from the dominion of sin; do not entangle yourself again in a yoke of bondage by letting love for family become an excuse for compromise.

Remember also that this life is fleeting. Your mother is old and sick; the approach of death should soften every soul. Tell her and your brother what you know: that we stand near to the judgment seat, that the desires of this life are withdrawing like shadows. Let the expectation of that day break their stubbornness. Beseech them with honor and brotherly affection, but with truth unvarnished. Repentance is always open: by tears, by prayers, by acts of mercy the stain may be cleansed even from the very hour of departure. Do not grow weary in this labor of love throughout the year you speak of, day and night. Commend them to the Lord who alone saves, and trust that He is able to translate them into His light if they will not harden their hearts. Stand fast yourself, and let your own steady faith be a living reproof and an invitation. The salvation that is in Christ Jesus is with eternal glory; may He grant it to your whole house.

Your heartfelt plea for protection, salvation, and deliverance has been laid before the Lord, and I join you in praying that His hand would guard you, your mother, and your brother throughout this entire year, day and night. You have asked especially for safety from evils you cannot see, and that is a wise request. There are forces at work beyond our perception, but the God who protects His own is never blind. He once restrained a hostile relative from speaking even a word of harm, and He can stand between your household and every hidden snare. Trust His watchful care over your aging mother and over the three of you as you walk through these months.

Your concern for your brother weighs heavily, and rightly so. The patterns you describe, anger, a vindictive spirit, pride, stubbornness, lack of empathy, and the chains of alcohol and possible drugs, are not mere habits; they flow from a heart that, as Jesus taught, stores up either good or evil. Out of that abundance the mouth speaks and the life acts. When a man rewards evil for good, the Scripture gives a sober warning: evil will not depart from his house. And pride does not simply stumble; it goes before destruction. These are not small things, and I hear the anguish in your words, much like the cry of a brother who once pleaded but was not heard. Yet there is hope. The greatest need your brother has is not simply to be scrubbed of a few outward vices but to be translated into the Kingdom of God. Salvation is the deepest healing. Better to enter life maimed than whole into perdition. So we press for his conversion first, asking God to grant him the fear of the Lord that causes a man to hate evil and depart from it.

I also want to gently remind you that while your blood tie is real, there is another family whose bond cuts deeper. Jesus looked at those doing the will of the Father and said, “Here are my mother and my brothers.” When a natural family member does not yet share our faith, a painful alienation can settle in. Yet you are not alone. You are surrounded by a household of believers who are, in the most eternal sense, your brothers and sisters and mothers. A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. That spiritual family will stand with you, even if your earthly brother remains distant for a season.

Keep praying for him as Jacob once prayed, “Deliver me from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau, for I fear him.” God heard that cry, and when the meeting finally came, anger was assuaged. Instead of bitterness, there were tears and embrace. So pray that the Lord would take hold of your brother’s heart, stripping away the immaturity and rage, and bring a day of genuine reconciliation. Like a family that put away its strange gods and cleansed itself, your brother needs a spiritual reformation. The alcohol, smoking, and whatever else may be a dark comfort must be uprooted, but only the Spirit of God can do that lasting work.

Do not underestimate how God can weave His purposes through these hardest places. The failings and frictions in a family do not escape His notice. He can turn distress into conviction, and conviction into repentance. Your faithful prayers, like the persistent plea of a near kinsman, have a role in that. So I stand with you, asking that the Lord Jesus would protect all three of you from every evil seen and unseen, that He would draw your mother and brother into the light of His Kingdom, and that He would deliver your brother from the spirits that drive him. In Jesus’ name, amen.
