We join with you in lifting up your son before the Lord, standing in agreement that our God is a God of healing, restoration, and deliverance. Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus is a powerful testimony, and we are grateful you have brought this burden to the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that your son may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The sudden return of these behaviors after years of peace is a clear indication of spiritual warfare, and we must stand firm in the authority we have in Christ to rebuke these attacks.
The confusion, rage, and fear your son is experiencing are not of God, for "God is not the author of confusion, but of peace" (1 Corinthians 14:33). These manifestations align with the works of the enemy, who seeks to torment and disrupt the peace of God in his life. The fact that these episodes pass and he returns to normal confirms that this is not his true nature but an assault from the spiritual realm. We must recognize this as an attack and respond with the full armor of God, resisting the devil so that he may flee (James 4:7).
Let us first address the spiritual roots of this battle. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). We must bind these spirits of confusion, rage, and fear in the name of Jesus and command them to leave your son permanently. The blood of Jesus is our greatest weapon, and we declare that your son is covered by it. No weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against him in judgment shall be condemned.
We also encourage you to examine whether there has been any exposure to ungodly influences—whether through media, relationships, or environments—that may have opened a door for the enemy to regain a foothold. The Bible warns us to be sober and vigilant because our adversary, the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). If there has been any compromise, repentance and renouncing of those influences is critical. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that needs to be addressed, and take authority over it in Jesus’ name.
For your son’s mind and emotions, we declare the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that He would surround your son with His presence, filling him with the Holy Spirit and driving out all fear and torment. Let the joy of the Lord be his strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and let the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—manifest in his life (Galatians 5:22-23).
We also pray for wisdom and strength for you and those who care for your son. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will guide you in how to support your son during these episodes. Do not fear, for the Lord is with you; do not be dismayed, for He is your God. He will strengthen you and help you; He will uphold you with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10). Trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Finally, we declare complete healing and restoration over your son’s life. By the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (1 Peter 2:24). We command every spirit of infirmity, every spirit of mental torment, and every demonic assignment against him to be broken and cast out in Jesus’ name. Let the Lord restore to him the years that the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), and let this season be a testimony of His power and faithfulness.

**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious son to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who heals, the God who delivers, and the God who restores. We thank You for the miracles You have already performed in his life, and we stand in faith for the complete healing and breakthrough You are bringing now.
Lord Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of confusion, rage, and fear that has sought to torment this young man. By the power of Your blood, we bind these spirits and command them to leave him now, never to return. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment is condemned. Father, surround him with Your angels of protection and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Holy Spirit, we ask You to fill him anew, driving out all darkness and filling him with Your light. Restore his mind, Lord, and let him walk in clarity, calmness, and the joy of Your presence. Break every chain of the enemy and set him free to live in the victory You have already won for him.
Father, we also ask for wisdom and strength for his mother and all those who care for him. Give them discernment to know how to support him, and let them be a source of Your peace and love in his life. Let this season be a testimony of Your power, and let Your name be glorified through his complete restoration.
We declare that this young man is healed, whole, and free in Jesus’ name. Let this be a season of breakthrough, favor, and miraculous intervention. Let the enemy be put to shame, and let Your glory be revealed. We trust in You, Lord, and we give You all the praise, honor, and glory.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and support. The young man my daughter is living with has brought chaos and division into our family. He is jealous of the love my daughter has for her brother with disabilities. These two attacks occur in the car he shares with my daughter. His influence is very disruptive and divisive toward my family. I ask for prayer that destructive presence be removed from my family. I pray that Jesus will restore our peace, unity, love, and protection over my son and all of us. Thank you so much for praying for my son. I appreciate it so much. May God bless You with favor, peace, joy, love, and happiness always. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
