We join you in lifting up your daughter and this urgent situation to the Lord, knowing that He hears the cries of His people and acts on behalf of those who seek Him. Your heart’s cry for your daughter’s deliverance from this toxic and ungodly relationship is one we echo with fervor, for we know that God desires His children to walk in freedom, purity, and the fullness of His will. The young man your daughter is entangled with—and his family—are clearly not aligned with the principles of Christ, and such relationships can only bring bondage, sorrow, and destruction if not severed by the power of God.
The Scriptures warn us repeatedly about the dangers of being "unequally yoked" with unbelievers, for what fellowship does light have with darkness? *2 Corinthians 6:14-15* declares, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?"* This relationship is not only unhealthy—it is spiritually dangerous. Your daughter’s heart has been deceived into idolizing this man and his family, placing them above the will of God. This is a form of idolatry, and the Lord commands us to have no other gods before Him (*Exodus 20:3*). We must pray that her eyes are opened to this truth and that she turns wholly back to Christ, who alone is worthy of her devotion.
We also recognize the urgency of this matter, for the longer she remains in this environment, the deeper the enemy’s stronghold becomes. The chaos and ungodliness she is exposed to are not of the Lord, and we must pray for her swift removal from it. *Proverbs 13:20* tells us, *"One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* This young man and his family are leading her away from wisdom, away from godliness, and away from the protection of her family. We pray that the Lord will break every ungodly soul tie, every emotional and spiritual bond that has formed between your daughter and this man. We declare that the Lord will sever these connections by His mighty hand and restore her to the safety of her home, where she can be covered in prayer and surrounded by godly influence.
We also pray for the young man and his family—not for their harm, but for their repentance. The Lord is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (*2 Peter 3:9*). However, your daughter’s well-being must take precedence, and we pray that the Lord will make it clear to all involved that this relationship is not His will. We ask that the young man’s family would indeed insist that he return home alone, removing the opportunity for further harm. The Lord can use even ungodly people to accomplish His purposes, and we pray He would move in their hearts to bring this to pass swiftly.
As for your daughter’s future, we join you in praying for a godly spouse for her—a man who fears the Lord, walks in integrity, and will lead her closer to Christ. *Proverbs 18:22* reminds us, *"Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."* Similarly, a woman who finds a godly husband finds a great blessing. We pray that the Lord would prepare her heart during this season of restoration, that she would seek Him first above all else, and that He would mold her into the woman He has called her to be. We declare that her future marriage will be one that honors God, reflects Christ’s love for the Church, and brings glory to His name.
We also stand with you in praying for divine protection over your daughter and your entire family. The enemy has sought to steal, kill, and destroy (*John 10:10*), but we declare that the Lord is your shield and your strong tower (*Psalm 28:7*). Every plan of the enemy to harm your family is exposed and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. We pray that the Lord would restore everything that has been lost or broken—her peace, her joy, her purity, her faith, and her future. *Joel 2:25* promises, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten."* We claim this promise over your daughter’s life and declare that the Lord will turn her mourning into dancing, her sorrow into joy.
Finally, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in faith. Do not grow weary in interceding for your daughter, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (*James 5:16*). Trust that the Lord is working, even when you cannot see it. He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in your daughter’s life (*Philippians 1:6*).

Break every ungodly soul tie, every emotional and spiritual attachment to this man, and restore her to purity and wholeness in You. We pray that his family would insist he return home alone, removing all opportunity for further harm.
Father, we ask that You would prepare a godly spouse for her—a man after Your own heart, who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Let her future marriage be a testament to Your faithfulness and a reflection of Your covenant love. In this season of waiting, draw her closer to You. Heal her heart, renew her mind, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We declare Your divine protection over her and over this entire family. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, for You are their shield and their defender. Restore to them everything the enemy has tried to steal—peace, joy, safety, and love. Let Your favor surround them like a shield, and let Your presence be their comfort and strength.
Lord, we also pray for the young man and his family. Soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. Bring conviction where there is sin, and let them turn to You in repentance. But even as we pray for them, we ask that You would remove any influence they have over Your daughter. She belongs to You, Lord, and we claim her back from the enemy’s grasp.
