Protection, Restoration and Freedom

Please pray for my older daughter’s deliverance from the toxic relationship that has ensnared her. Jesus, I pray that You block this young man’s plots, plans, authority, and schemes from manifesting. Stop him from making my daughter live together outside of marriage, and block his authority over her right now. Jesus, this is not how my daughter was raised, and watching her go down this destructive path is heartbreaking. Help her stop ignoring the red flags. My daughter is a child of the Most High God; she does not belong to this young man or to his control. He is not ready for a relationship and must move back home alone with his family. There have been spiritual attacks entering her life and our family. This young man has shown hatred and disrespect toward her parents, siblings, family, and friends, and has isolated her from those who love her. Jesus, I ask for Your powerful intervention to block every scheme and plot by this young man and his mother meant to destroy my daughter, her career, her finances, and our family relationships. Their isolation tactics and undermining of her self-worth are manifesting. Let my daughter see that it is time to release herself from this bondage. Jesus, intervene now and remove him from her life. Let his family see that he is not ready for a relationship and have him move back home alone. Let his father see his lies, laziness, dishonesty, greed, and deception. Block him from having access to my daughter’s money or exploiting her financially. Strip away entitlement, manipulation, and control from both him and his mother. Jesus, restore my daughter’s wisdom, courage, and confidence so she will not quit her purposeful job or disrespect her coworkers or family to please this rebellious young man. Restore her ability to see the blessing and purpose of her job again, not through the greedy and distorted thinking he is pushing on her. When she is unwell, he shows no care—while she works tirelessly and he sleeps, plays video games, and shops for himself. Expose this imbalance and injustice especially to his father. Bless my daughter at her job. Let her be a beacon of Your light. Restore her gratitude, recognition, and joy in her work. Fill her with the Holy Spirit. I pray she receives the best promotion she is meant to have this month. Expose and block anyone interfering with her advancement. Let her workdays be filled with God’s favor, success, breakthrough, and peace. The kind that surpasses all understanding. Help her remain thankful for her supportive family and for her brother with disabilities, through whom she found this meaningful work. Let her never see her brother as a burden or embarrassment, but always as a blessing. Protect her from being influenced by those who disrespect him. Jesus, block every plan meant to keep her away from her family. Let this young man’s mother release her from manipulation, control, and undue responsibilities, and focus on caring for her own son. Protect me and my family from jealousy, hatred, disrespect, and constant put-downs. Help my daughter stop idolizing this young man and his family. Remove him from her life and get him the help he needs. Stop her from enabling his bullying and controlling behavior. Help her see her worth in You. He should never be a priority over her health, her well-being, her faith, or her family. Teach her that living together outside of marriage is not marriage—it is a toxic bondage. Block and redirect anyone encouraging this arrangement. Let her move back home swiftly. This relationship is destroying her self-worth, confidence, independence, and purpose, and damaging her relationship with God and her family. Let her clearly see that he is not ready for a relationship. Lord, expose every lie, manipulation, jealousy, greed, and ungodly influence affecting her heart. Break the chains of stubbornness, control, misplaced loyalty, and idolatry blinding her. Guide her to stop ignoring the red flags. Soften her heart to receive Your correction and wisdom, and help her honor her father and mother as Your Word commands (Ephesians 6:2–3). Restore her sense of worth. Remind her that she is a daughter of the King, created for a purpose far greater than any earthly relationship. I declare that she will walk away from darkness and return home free from regret, as You lead her into plans for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Saturate her with Your peace, grace, and joy. Father, in Your time, bring a godly spouse into her life—a man after Your own heart who will love her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25) and respect both her and her family. Until then, surround her with family, godly friendships, and mentors who speak life and strengthen her faith. Jesus, hold me and my family close. First, we rebuke every spirit of control, manipulation, and deception that has taken hold in this relationship. The Word of God is clear: *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB). This young man and his family have operated in ways that are contrary to God’s design for relationships, and we command every ungodly influence to be broken in Jesus’ name. Living together outside of marriage is fornication, and it is a snare that dishonors God and brings destruction. We declare that this arrangement will not stand, and we pray that your daughter’s eyes would be opened to the truth of God’s Word: *"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). Let her see the gravity of this sin and the freedom that comes from obedience to Christ.

We also rebuke the isolation tactics that have cut her off from those who love her. The enemy seeks to divide and conquer, but God’s Word tells us, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB). We pray that the lies of this young man and his family would be exposed, and that your daughter would be drawn back into the safety of godly relationships. We declare that every plan to keep her away from her family will fail, and that she will once again embrace the love and wisdom of her parents and siblings.

The financial exploitation and emotional manipulation must also be addressed. Scripture warns us, *"But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction"* (1 Timothy 6:9 WEB). We pray that any access this young man has to your daughter’s finances would be severed, and that she would be protected from his greed and laziness. We also pray that his father would see the truth about his son’s character—his dishonesty, entitlement, and lack of readiness for a godly relationship. Let the scales fall from his eyes, and may he intervene to bring his son back home where he belongs.

Your daughter’s heart has been clouded by misplaced loyalty and idolatry, and we pray that God would break these chains. The Lord says, *"You shall have no other gods before me"* (Exodus 20:3 WEB). We declare that she will no longer prioritize this young man over her health, faith, or family. Her worth is found in Christ alone, and we pray that she would be reminded of her identity as a daughter of the King. *"For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus"* (Galatians 3:26 WEB). Let her see that she was created for a purpose far greater than this toxic relationship, and that her job, her family, and her future are all part of God’s good plan for her life.

We also lift up your family, asking God to protect you from the spiritual attacks that have come as a result of this situation. The enemy seeks to sow discord, jealousy, and disrespect, but we declare that God’s peace will reign in your home. *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1 WEB). We pray that your daughter’s heart would soften toward her family, especially her brother, and that she would see him as a blessing, not a burden. Let her be shielded from any influence that would cause her to disrespect or distance herself from him.

For your daughter’s career, we pray for God’s favor and promotion. *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We declare that any interference with her advancement will be exposed and blocked, and that she will walk in the success and peace that comes from aligning her work with God’s purposes. Let her be a light in her workplace, reflecting Christ’s love and integrity. We also pray that she would rediscover the joy and gratitude she once had for her job, and that she would be protected from the distorted thinking this young man has tried to impose on her.

Most importantly, we pray for your daughter’s spiritual restoration.
